Very unprofessional I have called to ask why they need operating agreement while they have my corporation documents the lady on the phone called me rude for asking and being so loud while I wasn't loud at all and I do not know why I was rude for asking a question. please find a different Title Company

They blindsided me at my presigning regarding paperwork that need to be signed and notarized. They told me closing couldn't happen unless this was signed. This was on a Friday and closing was Monday. I was in a frantic scramble to do this as I dont have contact with the parties that needed to sign. I was made to feel it was my fault. They had many weeks to do this and then it was put on me. I don't know how they can stay in business with that inefficiency and pure sloppiness. They have no idea the stress it caused me.

Awesome front desk, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. Had a very difficult closing process and they worked diligently every day to get needed documents. Will definitely be doing and referring future business.

Was told I could sign papers outside and when arrived the woman that greeted us made a big deal about us wanting to stay outside to sign paperwork even though covid is going on and our numbers are extremely high in Wisconsin. Someone else helped us sign paperwork outside and later on that same woman came outside to talk to man helping us saying she wondered if we had covid. We could hear everything she was saying and she was talking about us like we were not even sitting in the car. Very unhappy with the service. Almost drove away and didn't refinance our home over it.

They were the title company for a new mortgage. Due to being understaffed, they mailed a check in error to pay property taxes - even though it was clearly labeled on the closing paperwork for the check to be sent to the homeowner. Six weeks later - I still can't get the funds. Furthermore, they act as if they are doing me a favor instead of owning the problems that have happened. Very disappointing. I am urging the bank to find another title company to do business with.

I use fidelity national for all of my title and closing needs. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They have the resources of a national company but with local offices to ensure excellent customer service.

Horrible experience. The closing officer did many mistakes on my title work. Very unprofessional staff. I used other title companies around the town in the past, and Fidelity Title is the worst title company there is.
