Our delivery instructions specifically ask the worker to NOT throw our packages. This man always does. Every single time he delivers, he just throws it. How inconsiderate and unprofessional. Train your employees better.

Our front door is covered and out of any elements. The porch goes across the entire front of the house. Common sense is to leave packages there, but yet we keep finding them at the back door or the garage

I sold a few things on EBay recently. So I stopped into this location because it was the closest FedEx near me. I was helped right away and everything went easier than I expected. 10/10 service !

Some of the drivers are amazing. West Bend. Wauwatosa.Some of them are lazy, incompetent, and argumentative. Greenfield. West Allis. West Milwaukee.They will deliver the wrong packages and refuse to take them back.This company needs to remove drivers that can’t do their contracted jobs, and think that being aggressive and lazy is ok.

This company is horrific. They are the only delivery service that fail to follow any kind of instructions. I’ve called at least a dozen times and updated all of my preferences and either their drivers don’t give any s*#!s whatsoever or they cannot/refuse to read or follow instructions. You cannot actually speak to anyone in any authoritative position either when you call. Simply terrible.

Ryan at this FedEx location was a great help. I have my Christmas letters printed at FedEx/Kinkos every year and they have always been helpful. But Ryan was quick to assess everything that I needed, including paper type and pricing to fit my budget, and was helpful in resizing my work to make it best fit the printer output. My cards have always turned out nice, but this year's is probably the best because of Ryan's help. I usually go to the location close to my house but they were already closed for the day. This location is now my next go to whenever I have a printing need. Thanks Ryan for your help and your awesome service.

I needed to send a package overnight. I thought about driving it because it was urgent but the person at the FedEx counter said it wouldn't be a problem to get my package there the next day. IT DIDN'T ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY. When I contacted FedEx customer service, I was told they had suspended their money-back guarantee through the holidays. When I asked why I wasn't told there was a good chance my package would not be delivered the rep responded he was not able to address my question. THIS IS SO WRONG. FEDEX IS ACCEPTING PACKAGES THEY KNOW THEY CAN'T DELIVER AS "PROMISED". How can FedEx take packages for overnight delivery knowing that the package isn't going to get there the next day? When I talked to the store manager about this, she responded that they have notices up about the money-back guarantee being suspended. That's not the issue here. FedEx is taking and charging a considerable premium for next-day packages they know they can't deliver the next day. OPERATING IN THIS MANNER IS UNETHICAL AND WRONG.

FedEx is the WORST delivery service out there! Literally go with any one else and you stand a better job of getting your package on time or delivered correctly. They sat on my package locally for 3 days without delivery, and after I called I was promised net day delivery and a return phone call and got neither! Another package they just delivered to a completely wrong address! This company is inept and worthless.

One of the main reasons I like this location is because they're open on Sundays, unlike most of the other FedEx Office locations. The service here is pretty decent, I was able to get my package shipped very easily. I would come here again.

Worst shipping company I have ever used! Four packages in row they have lost for weeks then deliver to the wrong place. Then want to charge you to return the package! Paid for 2 day delivery and it is now 3 weeks past still will not provide any info. ??

I don't know if these 3 young ladies were having a bad day but they weren't very friendly. I have 3 daughters around their age and they would describe them as having a stank attitude. The company i work for requires me to send many packages a year and I've been to a lot of fedex stores in Florida and usually have a great experience. Not the case this time. Treat older people like you would want someone to treat your parents.

I arrived at 750pm to send an important FedEx package, and all of the lights were off. The place was locked up, no movement inside. Considering that I drove here from Jefferson as it was the closest, I was more than annoyed. Is this a franchisee or a corporate store? I am less than impressed at how undependable this is.

Absolutely the worst shipping company ever! I made my online purchase last week Wednesday. I had paid extra for expedited shipping, within 3 to 4 business days (or so I was told). FedEx waited 46 hours to initially pick up the package, after the label was printed. Then, it took FedEx another 27 hours for the package to make it from Menomonee, WI to the FedEx Smartpost in New Berlin, WI--where it sat for another 63 hours, before leaving for God only knows where. It is only 260 miles between pickup point and drop off point, and here it is 6 days later and the package barely left WI 12 hours ago... This doesn't make any sense.
