At 5:55 pm on Thursday July 11 there were 3 employees at the counter. A young black man at the computer, in front a young black lady in front at counter helping a woman with a large order that needed 8 items mailed for class instruction by Monday and a white middle aged man at side counter who was handling a print job. I needed to just drop off a labeled package and get a receipt. The young black lady saw me but never acknowledged me while handling her customer with the large order. The young black man saw me but never acknowledged me and left to go home. The middle aged white man never turned to acknowledge there were 3 people standing in line. After stss as ding 15 minutes, I asked the young black lady how much longer will it take for someone to take care of me. The young black lady says I do not know and continued with her large order. But her customer then turned to me to say, in the 15 minutes you are standing we mailed 3 of my large order. The customer continued to say, and I have 3 more to mail and after that 2 more to mail. So I left. Terrible service. I would rate the fed ex staff service and abilities at this facility a zero if I could. I would avoid this facility at all costs. I have used their service 3 weeks prior snd their service was about the same. Slow service and discourteous with ability to do their jobs lacking

I had a very detailed tedious and large project that had the additional factor of containing precious documents. Ryan was unbelievable. He was super professional, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He never squabbled about my last minute changes or the huge number of details involved. He was an excellent manager and communicator and worked to help keep me in budget. He was so pleasant to work with and I am super grateful. He made this beast of a project seamless. I also want to make mention of Nick who was always aware of my project and helpful and even carried my 50 pound box to my car. Great work!

I want to give a huge shout out to the guys working at the Bluemound location, especially the assistant store manager.I came in with a complicated request and the way they were so patient with me as I was struggling to get a file emailed over or when my passwords not working, to not realizing I was wanting a European size planner paper. The assistant manager went above and beyond for me, helping me brain storm ideas how to get this to work and I couldn’t be more appreciative of him.He is an asset to the company and the employees’ customer service (which I thought customer service was dead) is top notch!

I sold a few things on EBay recently. So I stopped into this location because it was the closest FedEx near me. I was helped right away and everything went easier than I expected. 10/10 service !

I was lucky enough to reach Vicky at the Bluemound location who saved the day by helping me print a last-minute conference poster the day before leaving town. She was very knowledgable about how to modify the file I uploaded and make it the correct size. I was kept updated on when the file was received and when it was printed, and I was also impressed with how crisp the graphs on my poster came out, too. Worth the drive to work with them again!

This review is for the horrible customer service I received from James at the FedEx location on mayfair rd in Milwaukee on Sunday April 9th, 2022. I went in the ship a package to a family member. Went through all the steps. Answered his question that yes items were worth over $100. I paid over $22 to ship this package. It was not taped up and I asked James to tape it up for me. After finished my transaction I asked again for him to tape up my package. He simply took it away, and then told me he’d tape it up later. I felt uncomfortable with this but my husband said don’t worry, he’ll take care of it. Well, 1 week later my family member sent me a picture of his tape job. TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE. Yes I reused a bag as I often do. But I am 100% sure it could have been taped across so there were no openings and my items didn’t fall out. I will be filing a complaint with FedEx officially as well.

I have encountered several odd situations in getting printing done. Working with the manager, Jackie, I not only had friendly, professional assistance, but more importantly the print jobs were done quickly and exactly as I had hoped. I’ve had more than one issue like this and could not be happier with what I experienced. Definitely a five rating but I would go 10 if I could.

Ryan at this FedEx location was a great help. I have my Christmas letters printed at FedEx/Kinkos every year and they have always been helpful. But Ryan was quick to assess everything that I needed, including paper type and pricing to fit my budget, and was helpful in resizing my work to make it best fit the printer output. My cards have always turned out nice, but this year's is probably the best because of Ryan's help. I usually go to the location close to my house but they were already closed for the day. This location is now my next go to whenever I have a printing need. Thanks Ryan for your help and your awesome service.

This location and all other FedEx Offices are taking packages knowing they can't deliver "next day". When the package isn't delivered the next day as "promised" they hide behind a notice at the counter that says the "money-back guarantee has been suspended" until the Holidays are over.
