Went here today to have a tire mounted and have aftermarket wheels installed. I provided hub centric rings and lugnuts for the new wheels. When I pick up the car, my lugnuts and hubcentric rings are in the bag they arrived in. They never even took the bag out of the car. The wheels are not resting on the hubs, only the wheel studs. Dangerous situation. Car shakes violently above 50 mph. Now I get to go home and do what I payed them to do.Avoid this business!Service: Tires

Friendly at first to get the buy-in. Quoted $450 for tires including mounting, balancing - the guy said that included everything. At pick up was billed $530. When I asked about the price difference, the guy Matt became argumentative. A bunch of extra charges that nickel and dime you followed by a bogus 9% shop charge. When asked to explain, all he said was all shops charge this. This is absolutely not true. Between the misquote and the rudeness, will not be going back.

I purchased tires, wheels and TPMS sensors from a on line retailer for my new Jeep Gladiator. The tires were already mounted on the rims. After putting the wheels on my Jeep and driving it the TPMS warning light came on.F and F Tire was able to get my Jeep in for TPMS issue right away and had it fixed in a couple of hours. The service I received was great!!! They were able to fix my Jeep quickly and without a appointment!!!

I have been taking my various cars there for more than 10 years for tires. I have also had them complete minor repairs, as their location is not far from my home and it made things convenient. The staff at the front desk is helpful and courteous. Unfortunately, it took me several incidents to notice a pattern where I had taken my vehicle in for a repair only to have something else go wrong with the car within days of having it serviced. I wrote it off the first two times with different cars, however, after the third time, I really began to wonder what was going on at F & F. I took it in for brakes only to get the car back making a loud noise. They assured me it was the power steering which they flushed for $75 and said the noise would persist but it was safe to drive but did offer to replace the pump for $575. I told them I thought it would have been the alternator, but I'm not a mechanic so I deferred to their expertise. 2 days later I'm stranded on the side of the road in northern Wisconsin with a bad alternator that the mechanic said should have been obvious to any mechanic who bothered to look at the car. The power steering pump was just fine. Vacation ruined. Never going back. Don't trust F and F tire.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have used these guys for awhile I went in for a oil change and because I park the car forward in the garage never saw to big dents in the hood right where you close the hood. I will admit I did not call them right away. Because I did not see it right away. There is no scratch or nick mark it’s from pushing and banging the hood closed I know people that go to f f they and myself are done going back.Service: General repairs & maintenance
