Let me start, merchandise, absolutely amazing and tons of affordable active wear and amazing gear. But honestly it was hard to enjoy shopping here. The customer service was so bad. I’m not one to complain about service if they help. they don’t have to smile but be helpful. We came here for golf shirts and skirts and it was a little sparse but tons of other stuff.
There were employees arguing when I did get help finally find an employee he did not look at me called for someone and I never saw either of them again. I saw other customers looking around the whole store for help for 10 minutes. I mean it was just uncomfortable and unacceptable service for a store so big when people need help.
Come here for clothes but don’t expect someone to open a dressing room for you!

Nice store. I generally like all the Dunhams stores. I rarely buy anything in sporting goods that isn't on sale as they can be a bit pricey at full price

Kind of forgotten about when it comes to fire arms. But they have a pretty decent selection. Something always on sale or $50 off regular price. Cabela’s has a bigger selection but I always look for what I want at Dunhams first.

I’m am extremely disappointed in this store and most importantly how the staff treated us. I was there looking for swimwear for my son. It was hard enough finding someone to open the dressing room, but what really got me was when the male staff member when asked if they had “rash guards shirts” for boys, we were told “boys don’t wear that” we don’t have that boys don’t do that etc etc etc I could go on, or how he just wore a tank top etc and was on the swim team which I highly doubt. My son at 11 years old left feeling very ashamed and didn’t want to go swimming again after this.

Prices are second to none. Found the same item for $100 less than other sports stores I had visited. Great selection of equipment and clothing - fantastic place to find gifts for the whole family.

If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. My husband went in there with my two children. They were there for about 5 min until an employee started yelling at them and recording them saying my husband knew what he did and chased him out of the store. She then proceeded to follow them out to his truck and was harassing him while he was trying to get my kids into the truck. My husband knew nothing about what she was talking about. My underage children should not have been recorded and I will be getting in touch with corporate.

Purchased some guns & accessories. Had the pleasure of meeting Dave. Although I already know gun safety it is nice to get a reminder. Dave's enthusiasm is not just about selling products; it's about building genuine connections with customers. His ability to engage with clients and create a positive and lasting impression is truly remarkable. Dave understands that sales is not just about transactions; it's about understanding the customer's needs and providing them with the right solutions. I originally was not planning on purchasing any firearms. Came in for a gun case, but after this interaction I will definitely have this Dunhams location as my go to for firearms, ammunition, and other accessories.
