Very concerning billing practices. They sent a bill to my home, citing my insurance information on the bill but never sibmitted the claim to either of my insurance, which they clearly have on file. Be very careful working with them and make sure you receive and EOB from your insurance or verify they submitted a claim.

The billing department is an absolute mess. Received 1 of supposedly 4 bills sent because the address was incorrect, how the 1 found me I have no idea. In the one notice I got was a threat for collections with ZERO other information. No Explanation of benefits or even an indication for what the service was. I tried to connect with them several times which all went unanswered. Tried to pay the bill as instructed on the notice but was not provided any of the needed information to do so such as a lab code or an invoice number. Finally filed a complaint with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as they tried to send me to collections for a bill they wouldn't allow me to pay. Additionally even after having paid the bill I was called twice by a "debt collector" until I threatened legal actions. I am keeping a close watch on my credit score and if I see any indication that this causes any damage whatsoever to my score I will be filing suit against the company for damages. Be careful of this company and know your consumer and fair billing rights!

Beside be long time waiting, Customer service is very rude, beware the extra cost even when you have insurance. Not recommend at all.

It should not take 30 minutes (and counting) out of anyone's day to pay a simple medical bill. Very poor customer service around billing. Their process and systems are maybe 30 years out of date?

I called 5 times over a 2 day period to try to get through to billing. Once I finally did get through, the person I spoke with was able to answer my question. The company never billed my insurance and it took me calling and wasting a total of 60 minutes on hold waiting for customer service to pick up!

Terrible customer service. They never answer the phone. It rings for a minute or two and then disconnects you.

Absolutely terrible customer service. It's impossible to reach a human to get a simple billing question answered. I've called at least 30x to get a past due notice bill issue resolved, but the system cannot find my bill. I'm stuck, and there is no one to speak with.

I was on hold for 15 minutes before a live person took the call. She verified my information then put me on hold for another 15 minutes before simply hanging up on me. I tried to pay my bill on both websites provided on their invoice but the account number listed on this invoice is invalid for both sites. Terrible customer service.
