I would love to give 5 stars bc I found my wedding dress and I love it but I was expecting a lil bit more. First of all, I set up my profile with some of the dresses that I was interested and the ones i tried few weeks ago when I went to the store just to look around before my appointment... so, I was expecting someone to help me to figure out my type of body shape and some dresses that they could fit my body shape and show me again the dresses that i liked on my previous visit. The girl who took care of me she was ok but she barely help me with more options, she mention that we only had 1 hour session and I asked her why?, she said bc I was her last appointment and then she was going home so at that point I felt a lil bit pressured. Then, I asked for some water for me and my bridesmaid, she forgot, I had to ask again and she didn't even brought water for the rest of the party (3 more people, bridesmaid and family) then I was expecting to get offered champagne or something like that, I would have paid for that or they should mention if it's allowed to bring to the appointment. In my personal opinion and specially when im paying a hight amount of money whith them not only for the dress but also some accesories, i would love to spend at least 2 hours at the store, have a guide instead of just a seller and at least get water when im changing multiple times and im nervous. I got my dress a love it and the girl was nice but I felt rushed and I wanted more like a guide in this special Journey for me.

Alterations did an AMAZING job on my dress for my son’s wedding. I needed an embellishment switched to match my jewelry and it looks so much better than the original dress. Everyone in alterations was fantastic, and all your associates were so helpful & nice.

Omgggggg!!! I had the BEST experience with Sequoia. She made sure I left with finding the perfect dress and my bridesmaids loved everything about her.

Julie is top tier and I LOVE her. 10/10 ⭐️ I was so incredibly stressed and overwhelmed when I got there because I'm a big girl and not comfy with my body. Julie made me feel so at ease. There was no pressure, she was calm and confident, she let me take my time and listened to my thoughts and feelings. She is an absolute sweet potato and a treasure. I could not have had a better experience. Hold on to Julie and never let her go! ??

Mya was extremely pleasant and helpful, tolerating my jokes and insecurities/concerns to how the dresses might fit on my body. She offered options to fit my needs and overall a great person to work with.

They were so helpful! I procrastinated on getting my wedding dress (on top of being really indecisive) and I needed alterations done super quick and they did it just in time during their busiest season! They were awesome ??

We came for our appointment early and Mya was kind enough to assist us with pulling dresses and clipping the dresses to get a complete picture of what they would look like. Ultimately, it was one of the dresses she suggested/pulled that we fell in love with! If she had not pulled it, we never would have tried it! She then helped us find shoes to match the dress. All around, comprehensive and amazing service. Her upbeat attitude and expertise truly made this experience as painless as possible!

The experience we had today was amazing. I was so nervous coming in with my mom, maid of honor and 2 bridesmaids. Mya helped us all out made it so easy and it went sooo smoothly. We all found our dressed!

We came to this David’s Bridal first and my mom found her dress but we were rushed and they were not willing help us at all. We ended up going to a different David’s bridal to get the rest of the things we needed. I do not recommend this location. Use the Greenfield one! They were amazing at that location !
