More professional staff at this location are a necessity. The few I have interacted with are overly friendly and obnoxious with some customers and then argumentive and distant with myself. Instead of attempting to find a solution to my simple concern and easily fixable mistake, two of the three staff members acted accusatory and insisted that I didn't know what I was talking about then seemed reluctant to help me resolve it any further.

Been going to this pharmacy for the last month. Every time I go there, staff and pharmacist are too busy to bother. They cut me off when I was saying that I'm picking up, told me they were "busy filling a prescription and you drove away too fast" from the drive thru window after I had stood there for a solid five minutes watching them mill about inside, and if you call, you'll be on hold forever for someone to even pick up. Thought they were having a bad day the first couple of times, but it looks like everyday is a bad day there. Stay away from this place.

I got to the pharmacy right at 1:30 today. As I was standing there, they started to pull down the security fence and I was told to come back because it was lunch time. I am sorry, that to me is really poor. I had to pick up one prescription which would have taken about 90seconds. It is bad enough that the store is kind of dumpy anyway, but I would not treat a customer like that. Rick H

Do NOT buy anything from this CVS. They do not care about their customers. They were part of the Wisconsin gift card scam where people cut or scratch off the part of the gift card that has the code used for online purchases. After doing this, they re-seal the pouch, returning it to the store shelf. The barcode on the bottom, which is visible from a closed pouch, goes back into the store so it can be activated. Once back in the store, a shopper would grab the re-sealed pouch, buy the gift card, and activate the code that the scammer now has the number for. the scammer can use that scratch-off code to make purchases without needing the whole gift card. 7 of 8 the gift cards purchased here for the holidays were part of the scam. When we went to the store to resolve this we were told "this is a statewide scam, everyone knows about it, we can't do anything, you have to call Visa." Management is useless at this store. Since you knew this was a statewide scam, why didn't you move the cards behind the cashiers? You left them out, providing easy access to scammers and leaving your customers vulnerable with no recourse. You made no attempts to help. No attempt to prevent this "known scam." Instead you ended up facilitating these scammers and provided no notice or help to your customers. Horrible and will never receive another cent from me.

I walked into the store and the cashier gave me a hard look. I walked up to the counter and greet her and she did not respond. I said hello again with a smile and she mumbled a greeting. She came across as dismissive and rude.

Just pick up my prescription, the lady at counter was very friendly… all 3 stars for her. I requested to go over instructions and the pharmacist was least interested and didn’t entertain at all, just passed the message to read instructions and follow from letter received from doctor without even confirming if I received any.

Nobody here to help poor Patrick run the store. Cooler is empty, shelves are empty. Patrick's probably working 60 hours per week running this store by himself.

Are you actually kidding me with the prices at this place? I can buy a gallon of milk at Speedway for $1.99, but at CVS, a half gallon costs $4.50?! I kid you not, they had one of those plastic shaker bottles for making powdered drinks for $49.99. Absolutely insane.

I don’t usually go to this CVS - it was just the closest one to me after a dental surgery. They shorted me like 10 pills out of what was supposed to be 40, so I had to go back (and I live 45 min away). They didn’t apologize for that. Worst of all, one of the pills has chunks of food or something stuck to it along with a couple tiny fibers or hairs. I avoided taking that pill obviously, but who knows where the rest were. I got a nasty cold a couple days after I started taking them - may very well be from dirty, germy pills because I didn’t go anywhere else.

Currently on hold (23 mins and counting) for the pharmacy. It's been so long because it is my THIRD attempt. Each of the other 2 times they've just hung up on me when answering instead of speaking to me. My insurance dictates CVS/Caremark - that is our prescription coverage. It's been 3 months since I've had to deal with this place and I've already had prescriptions sent to other places. Even if it costs me more $, my time and sanity are worth it. TERRIBLE. Every time I have gotten something there I've had to deal with a runaround as well. They won't help you set up mail order, you have to call Caremark and wait forever for them too. They never have what is needed and don't seem to know their jobs at all. Each prescription I've had filled there has meant a minimum of 2 trips to the pharmacy. Thought I'd avoid that by calling. LOL. STILL on hold waiting to be hung up on again.

Ignorance cashier purposely ignored me waiting in line so I went to self checkout (which I prefer,especially when store staff is so rude ). She was unboxing and stocking and slamming and dropping stuff everywhere. Like ridiculously loud.

Worst experience ever. Couldn’t believe the way the pharmacist talked to me when I had to call and find out they don’t have the medication. I ordered it was told next day after noon. I call the next day to ask and they were extremely disrespectful with no help on when I could get my medicine. Rude wouldn’t let me talk just kept saying how understaffed they were like it was my fault.
