I went to use my health extra spending card for OTC items the shelves were empty. The staff was clueless on inventory of items when asked. One team member said thats why they are closing the stores.I never go to CVS stores, I will say it was discouraging. 😞

Horrible pharmacy. Wait times are ridiculous and drive thru is always unattended. I asked if the drive thru is broken or something. The tech told me the sensory is broken. Ok so maybe put a sign up and let people know. That way they’re not just sitting there forever.
