Terrible service terrible rooms would not recommend, looks like leftover decorations, and the wallpaper is peeling curtain is ripped , we waiting in line for an hour and the lady up front only gave us attitude, we put our name in wrong and she wouldn’t even tell us what we can do just immediately shut us down and all we had to do was call to change the name then had to wait in line again.

Location Was Nice The Staff Not So Much! I Never Received My Deposit Back And Was Accused Of Stealing(The Tv Remote Was Under The Bed Which We Told The Receptionist When Checking Out) For The Reason To Not Get My Deposit Back And The Staff Is Also Racist. Made Remarks About Me And My Boyfriend(we are black). I Would Not Recommend Any POC Staying Here. Breakfast Was Also Not Good.

I strongly urge you NOT to stay here. A couple months ago, my family and I stayed here for a wedding we were attending in the area. It was myself, my husband, and our 9 month old. We checked in, the front desk attendant was lovely (not sure of her name which was unfortunate because she was the only good thing about this place). Our bathroom was a little dirty, but again, we were mainly there to just sleep so the dirt on the floor was not a huge deal. However, the next week I checked my credit card statement and saw I had been charged an extra $150 on top of what our stay cost. I immediately called the hotel and was told it was because they found evidence we were smoking in the room. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. Not only do we not smoke in the first place, but I also had my nine month old with us. NEVER would we ever expose her to that. I was FURIOUS. I was told the manager would call me back to talk more about the charges. I never got a call back (also VERY unprofessional). My sister thankfully worked for the hotel chain and looked into this for me. The manager was extremely rude to her too (again, unprofessional). Turns out, the manager wasn't even THERE the day the room was cleaned. I guarantee someone else went in there after us and smoked and they assumed it was us. I will NEVER ever go back here and I urge you to think twice about booking here as well. Seems like I'm not the only unhappy patron of this hotel. Just a forewarning. Oh, and I was told that I was not charged the full amount for smoking in the room since it was found a few days later. THEN HOW DO YOU KNOW IT WAS US?? Ridiculous.

For the price it was good. There aren't USB charging ports in the rooms. I am glad I brought my own.

The Sonesta was nice. The carpeting was stained and worn, but hopefully clean. The beds were so comfy and bathrooms were clean and spacious.
Some family was targeting everyone who walked past their room trying to sell Jesus and salvation. I’m already all set in that department and was annoyed as it was raining heavily and I just wanted to readjust all my baggage without being solicited. The front desk worker did say they would confront the family in that room about targeting their guests about religion.

We had a horrible experience at this hotel! First of all my wife was yelled at by Cornelius at the front desk when she asked for a pillow. The room was not clean when we entered it, there were spots of dirt everywhere. My wife killed a bug later in the evening that was crawling on the wall. The next day the front desk staff told my wife that Cornelius was new but that was the extent of it.
This truly was a horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone step foot in this hotel.
Our stay was during the middle of July 2024. One night as we refused to stay longer there!
Rooms: Our room was filthy, it was only because we were tired from a day of walking and driving.

Idk what's going on here but so strange...wifi issues, gave a handicapped room first even though booked a king balcony... front desk guy acted dumb when I came right back to exchange.. said keep the cards and when you come back I'll swap..all just to charge the stupid 75 dollar deposit which is still NOT returned to my card 10 days later....no tv except one channel that took an hour to load.... movies old af for 20 bucks or music for 10 bucks...damn shame.... the ac/heater was SO loud...then the lame excuse for breakfast... the lady made coffee twice full of grounds... for $125 I'd rather stay somewhere else..... edit 2 weeks later I begged my bank to release the deposit as the lady art the desk argued with me and there was no manager available till next week...DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Wifi barely works; usually cuts on and off all day. I've been using my phone hotspot for most of my stay. Rooms are fine.

The place was clean, the price that I got my room at was exceptional thanks to online booking. The only thing I can say I did not enjoy which was one of the reasons I picked that hotel. Was a inside pool, unfortunately that pool was a little too cold for mine or my son's liking. I would most definitely stay there again for the price that I paid for the room.

Recently stayed 1 night at the sonesta in Brookfield and was pleased with the cleanliness of the room and kindness of the staff.
JoJo at the front desk was especially kind, courteous and helpful with multiple questions about the amenities. She is the only reason I'm leaving a review. She's great and deserving of a raise!

Stayed Here Aug 20th and the Stay was AMAZING! Even though I checked in at 3am due to travel issues from Chicago then front desk receptionist by the name of Jojo was AMAZING and so accommodating! Provided tons of informative information about happenings at Sonesta in addition to amenities and made me feel at home!! Called with any updates or concerns and Warm demeanor! I will definitely be coming out to Sonesta Brookfield Again! And Again! Thanks Jojo

Mediocre at best. A $75 incidental charge that doesn't get released in at least three days (day three today and it is still on hold). Usually at hotels it is $25 or $50 at most... but $75 for someone who cannot afford this hold is really difficult.
Breakfast was out of food, even though it looked mediocre in the first place.
One tv station... fox. Nothing else came in our room.
Will never stay here again.

Find somewhere else. We requested an ADA room and were told when we got here there wasn't one ready so we opted for a room that WAS ready as we were ready to relax after our five hour drive with two kids. Upon entering our room I could see the room we were given was not clean. Luckily I had disinfecting wipes and quickly wiped all surfaces down. There were no bags in the trash cans, found two avacados in one of the trash cans and the last guests toiletries left in the bathtub. There was sand/dirt on the carpet just inside our door and the carpets feel gooey/sticky. The only photos on the hotels website that reflect the site at all are loosely the lobby photos. Sadly we ended up being here the same time as the Republican National Convention and the staff is solely committed to the people here for that.
