I tried to make an appointment, called twice no answer. The voicemail states that text messages works best. It took her 4 days from going back and forth for her to said she was waiting for a reply from another client to be able to schedule my appointment. Makes zero sense to me. She either needs help in her salon or was totally disregarding me.

I got a facial by Amanda Saturday, my first one ever ! It was literally the best thing I have EVER experienced! Such a relaxing,comforting, and self soothing hour of my adult life! I struggle with acne and my skin is sooo sensitive, but Amanda found a way to combat them both ! She used skin sensitive products as well as a treatment style to ensure my needs were taken care of! If you want to look your best and feel even better GO GET A FACIAL !!!! You will NOT be disappointed! Its now two days after and my skin is still glowing! Amanda this was awesome thank you so much.

Canceled my appointment the day of with only an hour and 30 minutes notice. I live an hour away, and I just had confirmed the appointment the night before. I understand emergencies happen, but I was told it was because of a sickness. I work in the hair industry.... I know if you own your own business you'd definitely give your customers a little bit more notice if your sick, or try to compensate for a last minute cancellation for a new customer.

Horrible horrible horrible place. I can't believe how they're running business. I got my hair colour and hair cut done here. I kept on saying Amanda I don't like it, please tone it down but she didn't listen. She said, you could always come back if you don't like it, the colour looks good on you. After I came home I tried calling Amanda. She never picked up my phone and never replied back. Absolutely, no responsibility. No liability. They charge bomb for service and very horrible and poor service not ready to listen. Even the lady who owns the business is there to talk and talk and extract your money. She never intervened in our conversation saying that if you don't like your colour let me take care. I felt like they just take your money and provide poor service. Very adamant. I wish I could give 0 star
