This used to be my favorite bank and branch office (a shout out to Chris Nelson: you were the difference maker, the best Banker ever), but the service here has been getting so bad in the recent years. I called second time today for the same issue with online payment I had within a month. Last time I called 6 to 7 times (each time you have to wait for several minutes, and then telling you to call back) before I spoke to someone and this time about a dozen times and got hanged up several times and wasn’t able to speak to anyone.

Love the bank, its location and its services. It would be a great place to put a working ATM ;o) The ATM is never, NEVER in service.

None of their tech works. Can't verify who I am a day after personally opening an account in person. Can't deposit checks. Hours on the phone. Why would anyone continue to bank with your organization?

Came into this branch yesterday. The previous weekend I went to three different Chase branches to try to open an additional checking account and a savings account for my daughter. All three were unable to get this done. When I came in yesterday the only banker on-site let me know he was booked for the rest of the day, however I was quickly greeted by a banker nearing the end of her training. Kaitlyn was eager to help and sought the branch manager out to see if together they’d be able to help me out. I was extremely happy with both Kaitlyn and the manager. All questions/concerns were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Got everything I wanted done and had some good conversation along the way. I honestly was going to move all of my accounts to a different bank if I couldn’t get helped yesterday, but I’ll be sticking around thanks to some personal service that meant a lot to me.

I do not recommend Chase to anyone. Chase Bank branches across the country will continue to get backlash until they stop funding the fossil fuel industry. They use their customers' money to fund something against their best interest. Namely, Chase Bank funds Enbridge's Line 3 pipeline, which will harm Indigenous communities and only further exacerbate climate change, harming literally everyone on Earth.

My wife and I have enjoyed going to this branch for our everyday and long-term banking needs for the last several years. Chris and Charlotte have been great to work with, they are trustworthy, dependable and have always been willing to go the extra mile to make sure that our needs are met.

This bank is very convenient for me. While I have only used the inside once for personal bankers, all of the employees were very kind and welcoming. I can't remember if this branch has coffee available, but we have always made appointments with the banker so there was never a wait. The banks are starting to put an atm inside so that you can use that instead of waiting in line and I didn't see one but that doesn't mean it wasn't there. But the indoor atms are different because they allow you to take out more cash than the machines outside. They allow you to do more transactions than the machines outside and they are stocked with all of the bills so that you can take out exactly what you need without rounding up to the next 20.00. But while I've used them at other branches, I am not sure this branch has one. It never hurts to ask

Tried to talk to someone about home lending, teller was busy and no one asked me if I needed help. Waited 10 minutes then left.
