Buyers and sellers be aware These people are scammers They will do anything to make a sale Provide fake offers and lie on Home sizeI believed that I was buying 2200 ft² house But when bank appraiser measure the house It was 1840 ft² They have counted garage has living space just to make a house more square feet And when I asked them about it they said all numbers are estimated And if I backed out of the deal I would lose my deposit 2 weeks before closing So I Bought the house So I wouldn't lose my deposit And now I'm looking at legal options For relator that listed house and sellers

Buyers Vantage is an excellent business. My wife and I used them FSBO as the brokerage for listing our home. They are very responsive, polite, and helpful. They helped me navigate something I had no prior experience with and kept me on track up until closing. I highly recommend their services for Flat Fee Listings as well as other services that brokers provide.

We had family that had used their services in the past so we used buyers vantage this summer to list our home. They were very responsive, the process was easy. The realtor helped us make the right decision with all of our offers and was available for any questions we had when the listing went live. I would definitely use this service again.

Took advantage of the flat fee MLS and had Buyers Vantage handle the paperwork. It saved me thousands in an already upside down sale. Then Trey and the Fazio team helped us find the perfect home. Trey is a wealth of knowledge(down to the trees in the yard). He was so patient with us while purchasing our home while the market was hot and making several offers. Down to earth GOOD people that are not in this to get rich, but have servants hearts. Buyers Vantage will forever be my realtor of choice!

This Realtor team really handled all of our home selling needs with a high degree of professionalism and care. Robin was our realtor and she was excellent from beginning to end. I can't recommend her enough!!! The office staff is also outstanding. And maybe not the least important is that the commission is a flat rate. No need to pay for the 6% commission!!
