Brookfield Self Storage is an honest, clean, safe and well-maintained facility. The units are clean and dry with good temperature control. The property has good lighting and is easy to access. The staff is friendly, professional, courteous and helpful. This is a locally owned business that provides exceptional service. Customers feel their belongings are safe and report a great experience, choosing it over competitors.
What a great place! We were at one of their competitors, Extra Space Storage, who in my opinion are thieves. Leave that place and go quickly to Brookfield Self Storage. Honest, clean and safe facility. Friendly staff and locally owned. If we need storage in the future, we will be back here.

Well-maintained facility. Units are clean and dry. Temperature is always well controlled in the building my unit is in. I feel safe going there and I know my belongings are safe as well. Staff is always friendly and helpful
