Great service. Was in from out of town and forgot my laptop charger. They helped me right away and she got me fitted with a new charger. None of the box stores had what I needed and they did. Their service was also leaps and bounds ahead of the box stores. Thank you so much for your help and finding me a charger!

My son was having trouble with his accounts. We came here and the staff was super friendly and patient while we tried to fix this seemingly minor issue ourselves asking them for assistance and using their WiFi… I had a pleasant experience and will come back if we ever need any computer related assistance again!

Had a great interaction with Brookfield Computers and they did NOT fix my problem. Let me explain, I was having problems with my monitor a thought it was the HDMI port. Joe confirmed what it would take to fix the problem (which was more than what the computer was worth), but also gave me a workaround. By not talking me into something and giving me other alternatives, Joe saved me several hundred dollars and I have a functioning extended monitor on my laptop. I would definitely go back to them as I know they are not going to try to sell me something I don't absolutely need. Thank you Brookfield Computers. Service done Nov of 2021.

I fried my MacBook by spilling water on it. The guys at the Genius Bar assessed it, and I asked them to remove the hard drive, hoping at least that was salvageable. Even though the hard drive had some damage, Brookfield Computers was able to retrieve my data. I highly recommend them. I’d use them again, although I’m going to try really hard not to have to! ?

I explained what I needed and expected to the woman at the desk. She acted like she had a hard time understanding me and told me that the guy would give me a call later. Bad communication skills and no phone call, but I'll be generous by giving them 1-star, so that they know what needs to be improved.

Brookfield Computers was able to replace my Macbook's battery after every place I went to told me it wasn't possible. After replacing my battery the speaker on the left side wasn't working. I called them and told them the problem and they were able to look at it the next day and fix it promptly while I waited. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I have used Brookfield Computers for more then 10 years. I found out about Brookfield Computers from my Brother Jim who used this Service to maintain his computers used in his Home Remodeling Service. He highly recommended Brookfield Computers because of the quality of services and excellent prices that kept his computers functional. I have had Joe NG replace the C-Drive on my HP Laptop Computer. Joe was able to retrieve all of my files from my old hard drive. He also did a needed tune-up, cleaned the cooling vents, and replaced the battery on my HP Laptop. This Laptop now functions if it was "New and off the shelve." I also had Joe install my new HP Envy Photo 7800 All-In-Series Printer using his Remote Service. His services are excellent and priced reasonably. Joe has helped me maintain my HP Computer Equipment in excellent functional shape. They were great. SOMEONE (not saying who) spilled soup on their keyboard and although dried it out successfully burnt up some keys with a hairdryer. They gave me two options since two of the obscure keys never used were non functioning. They could have just told me the more expensive option to replace the whole keyboard but they also gave me the option of just replacing the keys "someone" fried. Gotta love honest businesses

My laptop wouldn’t even turn on and they fixed my pc! I’m just a kid but thank you so much! My dad came in with me btw. And I can play games on it now and you saved me from a detention cause I had a written report due a few days later. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!
