On 1/3/23 about 8pm cashier was rude after he gave me the incorrect amount of change twice, when i bought to his attention and showed him on the counter where he layed my change instead of placing it in my hand.He was talking off his earbuds fron his cell phone instead of paying attention to the transaction, then got mad after i corrected him.I frequent station weekly but this was the first time dealing with this individual and i could have snapped but this was the first time anyone at this station ever showed a disrespect for customer service. Just want to let owner know and beware of this employee.All other times service always been good.

I stopped to this ****** Station 2 weeks ago. I purchased lottery tickets and a soda. My total came up to $10 and some change. I pay for my products and proceeded to my vehicle. When I got in my vehicle acknowledge that I didnt have my Powerball ticket that I pay for. So I went back in the gas station and let the Clerk know Hey I didnt receive my power all ticket. He swore up and down he gave me the ticket when I knew for a fact that he didnt. So I just paid for another Powerball ticket. The next day I come in to purchase a ticket I brought it to his attention that I have to watch him moving forward because he doesnt give people the tickets that they pay for. So instead of him being professional about it and offer me another ticket he got **** hurt about it and was very unprofessional and lack of professionalism. So he brought it to my attention that hes in charge which I know hes not and that he was never gonna serve me again. But youre the one that didnt give me the power all ticket I paid for and your upset at me, make it make sense. So I highly encourage people not to shop at this gas station ever again I just feel he couldve handled the situation better than when he did very unprofessional lack of integrity and professionalism
