The hotel was very nice and clean, and the customer service was excellent. Dominique was absolutely fantastic. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely stay at this location again. Highly recommend this location.

hotel needs a lot of work, no hot water, the place is leaking everywhere but the staff was excellent especially Irene she did an amazing job making sure I had an enjoyable stay and was on top of everything when I came around the front desk so I give her 5 stars for going above & beyond but I Don’t think I’ll recommend this hotel due to the maintenance issues

We arrived at this hotel during a dance competition, many of my other teammates were staying at this hotel as well, I had checked in but not went to the room at this point as we were running late, I later heard that when one of my teammates arrived at the hotel and went to her room it was occupied by multiple people, and when another teammate went to her room later, her key cards did not work. I have stayed at multiple holiday inn’s at this point and none of them have let me down this bad. The walls in the bathrooms are two different colors, the drain stopper in the tub is broken, the only things going for this place are the fact that it is connected to a IHOP and it has a half decent pool. Not to mention the elevators are a very long walk from the entrance. and there is no hot water,

Disappointing on the compensation here.Arrived after a 5 hour car ride. We checked in and went to our room to relax before heading to dinner. I always inspect the room and all looked good.We laid in bed watching tv and were about to get up to head out to dinner and seen something on my sweatshirt! Thought it was a weird bug only to find more! Bed bugs were coming out from the head board area on both beds. We got out stuff immediately out and talked to the GM. She was going to have our room price matched at a different hotel, only after it wasn’t. Asking them to pay the difference and she said they don’t do that. Leaving a hotel at 9 pm at night because of BED BUGS and not having any kind of compensation is poor on their part. Zero stars.

Extremely helpful and professional in every way. From wonderful management to polite employees in training. Dominique and the wonderful staff, including the new ones as well like Reese, have definitely made me happy to return whenever needed. I strongly suggest to stay at their facility if you ever find yourself in the area and in need of accommodations.Nearby activities: Centrally located to provide quick and easy access to the surrounding areas for shopping or food along with the interstate accessible as well.

Where do I begin? I was in town for a show, I went to check in and the lady at the front desk was unwelcoming and rude, she asked to see my id and told me I wouldn’t be able to check in because I wasn’t “of age” (im 21). Not a good sign of what’s to come… i pay $100 for a security deposit incase of damages, the money was taken out of my account. I get to the room and there’s mold on the windowsill, something I’m willing to overlook at the time due to the rest of the room being in good condition. The next day I leave my room for breakfast and go back to my room around 11:30, and the key card won’t work, I go to the front desk and the woman working rudely tells me checkouts at 11 (says 12:00 on the website) I then tell her I have another nights stay (I booked on the app weird, completely my fault) she then tells me that I’ll need to pay ANOTHER $100 for the same room fee, it’s again taken out of my account. Im told all my money should be returned within 3/5 days. When we go back to the room, we’re startled by the door opening, a house keeper walked in, I explained to her that we just saw the front desk and got the issue sorted out, she leaves but within 5 minutes the door is being opened again, no knock, no warning. This time it’s the head of house keeping, I explain again the situation. After this nothing noteworthy happened, the next days/ weeks I checked my baking app regularly to see when my $200 would be coming back, and within a week I call them, the first call was just a regular employee and they said the money was never released, but they’ll push it through, and I should wait 3/5 more days. Those days come and go and I end up calling them 6 times on the 4th try I get the general manager who tells me “how they did it was quite odd” and I should have my bank call them tomorrow at 11 when she’ll be in. The next day at 11 I call my bank and they say they don’t do that and to call the hotel to see exactly what information form them they’re needing. So I call a little after 11 and I’m told the general manager isn’t in. At this point I’m completely lost at what to do and utterly disappointed in the lack of customer service as everyone I talked to on the phone has given me different information and the run around. But take my advice, save yourself the headache and your dollars and never stay here!!!

To start the pool is full of kids the hot tub had 6 little kids in it as well and they closed at 9 pm open at 9am not a lot of time for travelers to swim or adults to swim no free breakfast like it says only restaurant food not even coffee and the worst part is 100 dollars more for a holding fee never will I come back and asking for a copy was a ten minute waitSafety: Water was leaking from the roof

Stayed for 1 night to let the kids swim. Pool looks nice but was completely over filled with unattended kids. There was a group of at least 30 young kids with only one 12 or 13 year old girl watching them. I'm assuming it was a birthday party because kids were leaving later in the day with gift bags. No towels at the pool. Only one towel in the room (for 4 people). Front desk said they'd have to wait for housekeeping to bring some(never happened). Called the front desk at 7pm for some bedding and pillows for the pull out bed and towels. The phone was constantly busy, so we went to the front desk. No staff there so I waited along with 3 other guests fpr 20 minutes who also said they had no towels or wash cloths. Nobody appeared, went back to the room to keep calling. My husband finally found someone in the hallway who said she'd bring us bedding but we'd have to wait because one of the kids from the pool area stole her keys? I felt bad because she seemed to be the only one working. She was very nice and did bring everything up later that night. I feel like staff was nice but the hotel is severely understaffed. Also only 1 elevator works so long waits. Pool is supposed to open at 9, we promised the kids a swim before check out. It was still being cleaned at 10:25 the last time we checked. Wouldn't stay again. Could be improved with more staff and someone enforcing the rules at the pool (adults must be present)

I enjoyed my stay , I was having a bad night from getting locked out my car to losing keys, room keys but The overnight manager Tonny who I asked what I can do to repay him just asked to right a review, so I am he was very helpful and called a lock smith to help me he let me in my room over and over because the computer was down. Now a days good people are hard to find and I’m glad this hotel had good people.Rooms: Bath rooms need attention but , room was clean and loved the pool view

I always enjoy my stay here, the staff is nice and rooms are nice stores are near by Tonny from the overnight is very very helpful and they should be happy he is on the team. I will be back

Worst experience ever came there with my fiance and kids we paid for our hotel two weeks in advanced then come on the day of our reservation and the person told my fiancé that there was no rooms available they then upgrade to a side by side rooms for the inconvenience then we stayed the pool was dirty took the elevator at least thirty minutes to even get to our room so then the next morning we went for breakfast and didn’t even end up eating cause the service at ihop was not there either so we left mind you they had two servers and like four tables seated so we packed up and left then later on in the day my fiance looked at her account and they double charged her for the room that they upgraded us to so we payed 600 for two rooms that was only suppose to be one room but they messed up so we ended up calling today and asked for manager we talked about the issue they didn’t refund us the money back the manager Desiree probable should even worked there cause she very unprofessional and we asked for the higher up number and she hung up on us I really recommend not going to this hotel worst experience of our lives
