I was just there yesterday and I dealt with the General Manager Tuffer that's his name and another manager Kristin. They should not be allowed to manage. Some employees have expressed to me that they have dealt with being understaffed in the morning. Dealing with racism and other things. Some of these employees have expressed to those two managers but have done nothing about it. This is very sad and unprofessional that leaders would not here out there employees or try to comfort them. I will definitely be calling corporate on them. Highly unacceptable.

Ian from the camera department is absolutely incredible! We went there a few months ago and he was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about cameras. We got some recommendations and ended up purchasing a camera soon after.

I’d give no stars if I could but seriously Hounding a customer as they walk in, but what was a bit over the top was being followed around like I was some sort of criminal followed by the young man at the door saying something over the walkie talkie system as I headed over to the camera section to verify I did the purchase the right item for on my online order.. unsure why I was asked for an ID when I went to the register to pick up my order well after I showed them my code through the app but I don’t plan on shopping at this location ever again

Geek Squad was awful. Got a new laptop, paid to have all of my files transfered and the computer set up. 24 hours later, picked it up and nothing was transferred. Spoke to customer service and was told to go back but they may not be able to recover anything at all!!!!! And, don't give refunds for work done, even if done improperly.

I ordered a freezer from this location, trying to cancel delivery is like an active Congress! I called customer service to cancel delivery and install so I could pick up the unit they directed me that they could not figure it out on customer service phone line so they sent me up to the store to get it done. I drove all the way to the store and the general manager Self proclaimed, Bryce had no solutions for me except to cancel the order. So I agreed to cancel the order and then he tells me that I can go pick it up at another location which is even further and more of a waste of time and offered no discounts no coupons for inconvenience or a solution to the problem, this corporation has no care about their customers. They’re such a large company that your voice will never get heard so don’t even try. Absolute horrendous experience I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars at this store and we are going to cease our relationship with Best Buy.. I believe it’s time to chop this company off at the knees.
So the so-called store manager Bryce he is absolutely impossible he is unprofessional and the only concern he was worried about is that I said a swearword. Absolutely child. He needs to grow up and grow a pair of ballz!

Bought a couple of Sonos items and the guys in home theater said call them anytime and they can help. Well I tried several times. Every call goes to a call center. I will be returning the items and buy them directly from Sonos.

Staff was present and helpful today. I didn't have to search for help - they approached me in a friendly way, which was a nice change. Could do a slightly better job of cleaning up the cell phone area - too much wasted space and similar products are spread our in different areas. Great selection in the camera department right now.

Very dismissive, just told me what I was looking for was online. No one seemed interested in offering help. Brick and Mortar stores need to do better, or you will be a thing of the past

Be well aware that there are employees who actively take products out of the packages that are meant for curbside delivery. The online chat support was no help. Avoid this store at all costs. B&H all day. The online chat support basically "LOLd" me and told me to shop at a different store. I don't do social media.
