Today, I brought in a large amount of old/used batteries & lightbulbs to be recycled, Tim was so generously kind to help explain and help me understand the recycling fee process for batteries and lightbulbs with Batteries+. Since this was my first experience with Batteries+ and recycling, Tim made an exception and accepted my batteries & lightbulbs without a fee today. He went above and beyond to help me as a customer and to keep me coming back, I will definitely refer family members, friends, and coworkers to Batteries+.
