Really disappointed in this pharmacy. Unfortunately, I have to go to Aurora, and the closest one is on Bluemound. Always swamped, they say, every single time. Normally cannot fill a prescription the same day. I was told when I dropped off my prescription recently that it would be ready in 10 minutes. I told the technician that I would run a quick errand and be back in an hour. When I return, they gave their normal excuse about being swamped and said that the prescription was not ready. After waiting about 20 minutes, they said that I should just come back later Avoid.

I've been going to the Aurora BF Pharmacy for many, many years. Through the years some of this locations staff has changed but the compassion and care has not. Sue has been there as long as I can remember and has always gone above and beyond to help special order my medications and be sure that they are always in stock when my refills are due. Sarah has been the newest Pharmacy Manager now for a few years and in my opinion she is doing a phenomenal job. Just like Sue, Sarah also goes out of her way to be sure my medications are available and ready when I am due to pick them up. During the worst of Covid-19 I never experienced any delay issues whatsoever and on a few occasions they even brought my medications directly out to my car for me which was a blessing.The entire RX staff at this location is great and they always are sure to explain new medications to me and ask if I have any questions no matter how busy they are.As an added bonus they always have a great selection of Old school candy ?? too and it's always stocked up.. Gotta Luv Em ♥️??

Pharmacist always takes time to explain how to take the drugs as well as any changes in Rx such as size or color, to avoid confusion once home. Easy to park. Clean building and bathroom just across the hall. Staff is professional. If you want to stay & chat awhile, that probably won't happen. It Is a busy store so staff are efficient (not rude) with their time.

The last visit at this pharmacy was fast. It was about a 45 min wait. Other times it has been hours and the staff never said anything about that type of a "wait". I think the pharmacists at this location may be over worked??

I never ever go to Aurora pharmacies. I will stay sick or drive to a 24 hour Walgreens before I ever step foot in one.

Wow! What a amazing customer service I had at the walk in clinic at Aurora in Brookfield, WI. I had to walk out of Waukesha location of Aurora due to an hour and half wait time for the clinic. I did not have time to wait due to I left work early to get treated. Much better service at Brookfield in the long run. I will always go to Brookfield location instead.

The techs and pharmacists are very hard workers. I give the 1 star to whoever in the aurora management decided to merge 3 pharmacies into 1! Clearly you need more staff for the volume created by this. Every time I go in its 30 minutes to an hour. My last visit which I called in the scripts in the morning was not ready!. This is unacceptable and someone with decision making authority needs to do something on this or else I am going elsewhere along with a lot of others.
