Wait time is way too long. You get there 15 minutes early and they call you 30 minutes later. Then you get to a room and wait for another 30 minutes. I got up and left. No respect for your time. However the front desk lady is extremely nice and polite. She is amazing. They need another dentist. Makes no since to have only one dentist so if she’s out they won’t make an appointment, Crazy!!! There should alway be more than one dentist at a place that has so much advertising.

From the reception to the plan Aspen Dental was great during my initial visit the medical nurses and doctors are all very thorough and knowledgable and I am excited about my services to come! My experience has been a great one.

My procedure got cancelled because the dentures were not ready. When I called to reschedule it just goes to voicemail. Can't talk to nobody to see when I should reschedule but No answer. Very disappointed because I really wanted to get this over with. And. My husband took vacation for nothing.

The whole experience felt very transactional, went in for what I thought was a cleaning but it ended up being a “new patient consultation” that lasted over 2 hrs. I was then sat down with the business manager and got a whole list of stuff that I needed done and I told them I needed time to think it over because the price came out to almost $700. During this appointment I was also told I was only going to have to come out of $35 due to my insurance not covering X-rays when it was time for us to pay I was told not to worry about it and they would send a bill. I got the bill today and it came out to $188! I would recommend you go to a private practice to get your dental care. After I switched my bill was cut down to 280 due to me not needing HALF of the stuff the tried to get me to get done. On the bright side the two ladies I dealt with at the front desk were super nice and welcoming ! I wish I got there names

Amazing from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone was polite and professional. Each person I spoke to were extremely nice and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
