I have been to a handful of different dive shops in the SE Wisconsin area, and Aquatic Adventures blows them out of the water every time!
To start, they are the most organized and professional dive shop around. After having experience with other dive shops in the local area, I can tell Aquatic adventures is very established and up to date with their business. I don’t have to worry that they will lose our information or forget anything with their process of running their shop! It’s a great sense of peace that we will be able to trust them with future trips, purchases, and classes.
The customer service we received from both Jonah and Jenny was fantastic! They were very knowledgeable and took the time out of their busy season-in the midst of planning a huge event- to answer all my questions and share their personal experience with me. And I know that any one of the Aquatic Adventures staff would be happy to help too! A very friendly and personable staff, who is there to help and support you with your dive needs.
My husband and I had a blast at the annual picnic over the weekend! The team did a great job setting up a super fun event with a treasure hunt dive, incredible food, and more fun diving after lunch where we got to meet like-minded people practicing skills and diving together. I was very impressed with their careful attention with our gear and rental equipment, and they were very gracious in helping us when we realized we forgot an important piece while at the event. I was even the lucky winner during the treasure dive, of a brand new BCD, which is incredible seeing as how my old BCD needed a hose that they no longer make, requiring me to have to rent one from the shop. Though the BCD I rent was comfortable and I enjoyed using theirs, it is so wonderful to have my very own that fits me perfectly! (Thank you to the Cressi sponsor for providing such a great blessing to our scuba gear!) I am so thankful to Aquatic Adventures for setting up this event because it is so hard to find friends who enjoy diving in the area. We were able to meet new people and even began planning our next dive together!
This dive shop is the best around, and worth the 50 min drive for us coming from Racine. We are thrilled to frequent Aquatic Adventures and look forward to returning for many more dive trips, classes, and the annual picnic!

I cant say enough good things about the staff and instructors at Aquatic Adventures. I did all my open water and advanced open water with them and would highly recommend. Great people, great equipment and most importantly they’ll make you a safe competent diver!

This place is the best!! I felt welcomed upon arriving and was helped immediately. They answered all my questions as a newbie and made sure all my gear fit right. I highly recommend this place and look forward to going back when I need anything.

I cannot say enough nice things about the staff and instructors at Aquatic Adventures. I’ve now done two classes with them (Scuba Refresher and dry suit cert) and both were excellent experiences. I almost gave up on my first open water dive for dry suit but the instructors talked me through it and the second dive was amazing. I will absolutely dive with AA many times to come!

I did my pool dives at Aquatic Adventures prior to my trip to Cozumel. The staff did an amazing job getting me ready. My dives on vacation went perfectly due in large part to the excellent training I got prior.

My husband and I went into the store today to purchase fins. The salesperson, Jonah was phenomenal. He not only answered our many questions but provided us with more answers than we had questions for! He is truly an asset to the store. We both left saying “he is the kind of employee every employer wants!” Actually every experience we have had in the store in the past has been outstanding. So great to see this. Keeps us returning.

We bought two dive computers with transmitters, last week. The skillful and knowledgeable team at Aquatic Adventures carefully explained the pros and cons of various computers to make certain that we would have appropriate computers to fill our needs. They far exceeded expectation by taking time to put the data we wanted to see on each screen and in the order that made sense for each of us. The AA team even helped us to download the computer apps on our cell phones and made sure that we were synced and that we knew how to work the computers both directly and through our cell phone apps.The entire team at Aquatic Adventures, led by Jenny and Jerry, is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and helpful. They ensure that every experience with AA is a positive one.

My wife and I signed up for open water training in February of 2020, of course that didn't pan out well. They held our place until we were ready to complete the course. We signed up over this last summer and received our open water certification in October. The online course, pool dives, and open water dives, though cold, were all spot on. We moved through the material thoroughly and efficiently thanks to instructor Ron's guidance. Before heading to the Caribbean this winter we needed to get our Nitrox certifications. Jerry not only was willing to stay until 9pm to help us meet our goals with our busy schedule but he also offered 8am the following day as an option.I do my best to not overutilize the generosity of others but the offer to go above and beyond is seen less and less these days. Not here though, Jenny, Jerry, and their crew are personable, accommodating, understanding, and reflect not only professionalism but humanity at its finest. In a time when we see less they give more.

Jerry Otte and his team raised me from a non certified diver to Master Scuba Diver, from the shallow waters of pearl lake to 140' wrecks in lake Michigan. Very highly recommend for your first open water certification and beyond.
