It’s been quite a mess! I gave my Volvo for Diagnostics, kept for a day and gave it back saying to come back next week.I gave it back, charged for Diagnostics, told that would apply for the service and gave an estimate, saying I can’t do anything on Check Engine light when I gave the vehicle for it.*Also, told Milwaukee Tool Employees get 10% discount”Said the car needs Tie Rods and gave an appointment that next week. I took the car, and waited till evening, handed me back the vehicle with left wheel pointing right, right wheel pointing left he told that may need wheel alignment (which he doesn’t do), which hasn’t been told initially.And charged me the full amount initially and when I asked about the diagonal fee, he reduced is but charged tax twice, when I asked on the 10% discount.He told he already gave thinking that I am an illiterate. I was like “We are done” but ended up paying way more than what I am supposed to pay with a crooked car left.I had to drive that car for next 40 miles to home and take appointment next week in another shop. Three weeks time spent on a Check Engine Light trusting this guy!

been here many times over the years and we take our work vehicles there also . They have to be the best and most honest repair place I have ever dealt with . Jeff and crew will not tack on added costs and are always up front with pricing and what the problems are. There are only 2 places I trust ,for repairs or basic maintenance,this being one of them ( the other is near my place in Menomonee Falls) . Everyone is friendly and they pay attention to the customer

Jeff and his team are great, they are very responsive, honest and fixed my brakes with short notice. They are the only shop I go to for all car issues.

Just a terrible ran establishment. Refuse to call you and give you updates on your vehicle charge way more than competitors and overall have no clue what they are doing. Do not take your vehicles here unless you want them poorly done.

I came here to check out my issue with my AC and Jeff did a great job assisting me. I got a free inspection and he told me the problem immediately with a quote too. I feel comfortable coming back next time and paying for their services. The wait time could be better. It's very slow. I notice the staff taking their time too long. Thanks for reading my review.
