I went in earlier, and the guy asked for my Id for a lighter. I get I look a bit young, but the age to buy them is 18. I'm 21, and this guy wouldn't let me get one. And charging 1.99 for a tiny lighter is a bit crazy. Cause with tax it brings it to over 2. But he was rude as hell and crossed his arms and looked like he was highly judging me. I should've listened to the other reviews and not ever gone in there. Will not be returning.

Incompetent clerks do not/cannot/will not honor the Walmart/Mobil Rewards app to allow discount on fuel. They lack the readable barcode at the pump, and when you go inside to ask for the discount and prepay, they say it's your problem- not theirs. RAF.

I normally have a decent experience here, but when I went and ordered the chicken I had to specify multiple times I wanted wedge fries and chicken STRIPS. Instead they gave me french fries (which my mom noticed and corrected, I did end up getting the wedge fries like I wanted) but instead got fried chicken pieces (like a leg, thigh, whatever). It was not the normal guy behind the counter, so I don't blame him. But I used $11 for an order I didn't want in the first place since whoever the other person was got it wrong. Not very happy and will be writing my orders down from now on if I continue to go so that there is no mistaking what I wanted in the first place.

I was very disappointed that they didn’t bring back the old chicken and was not shy about expressing it. However, they were very professional and were still very polite to me. So I tried the new chicken even though I thought that I wouldn’t like it. But it was amazing and I can’t wait to make it back that way to get some more! And I’m sorry for being difficult! Change isn’t so easy for everyone. With that being said, I can’t wait to try some of the other things I saw when I was being a pain. The next thing I’m going to try is that jambalaya! ?

Nice customer service ?. Asked for a plate they gave us two.chicken.was good and Mac cheese and potatoes. Only didn't our biscuits. Ate in side nice clean atmosphere..Bathroom women's was clean .nice smile on checkers. Will return. For chicken 8 piece meal again .will refer people . At Brodhead location.
