Staff is friendly. Always try to answer your questions. Most times they'll direct you to the accurate part of the store as well as walking you to/toward the area ( if they're not needed at the register or mod-stocking). Decent selection of items & priced reasonably.

Changed my rating to 5 stars because the remodeled of the store has improved everything. The workers there are always pleasant. Dollar general has become my go to store before going to pigs or any other store in Brodhead.Great store, great staff.

Just showed up 5 min before close to get medicine for my son who has a fever. They were counting money and locked the doors. Thanks for closing early when I desperately needed medicine!

For being the only store besides piggly wiggle in brodhead, it’s closed more than it is open. Better off driving the 29 minutes to wal mart.

Very clutter they must have had a truck they left the racks all over the floor they should leave in the back and work one at a time couldn't shop if you wanted something behind those racks and if anyone was handicapped they won't have been able to shop

Very over stocked. Aisle was closed that I needed things out of, asked employee if I could by chance grab clothes for my son cause he puked on his current clothes and she refused to let me in the aisle and says there's clothes outside on the rack see if there's anything there. Very snotty attitude, I don't stop here very often.
