I will tell you my experience as a buyer... I have never experienced something so unpleasant in my life. When people go to a dealer, they are supposed to seek advice and make that person feel comfortable and confident about their purchase. without deception... my sales advisor was Roberto. I inform you that if you are going to go to this place to buy a vehicle, be careful since the treatment I received from him was horrible. He is a rude person without patience. And be careful with the prices of the vehicles since a price may appear online, but when purchasing them in person, they tell you that the price will increase due to interest and in reality they are placing additional items that they never mention or show the extra price. They can increase the price of the vehicle up to $2000 for extra “accessories” that you don’t even need in the first place. They never even mentioned any of these extra accessories in the first place. Then they act as if they are working honestly but instead they hide things to get more money from you. Always ask to be shown all the extra items that are not mentioned and be careful with this sales advisor who in my experience is the worst thing I have ever had in my life and why I will never return to that place. and not having to endure arrogance or lack of respect like the ones I received from the sales advisor Roberto.

Took car to dealer because it was running bad. Also asked them to look at passenger window that would not go down when pressing either driver side switch or passenger side switch. Was told that it needed to replace window actuator $500, I declined the service, and was charged, $150 for diagnosis. Some weeks later while searching a switch, found a passenger window lock, for driver to lock passenger window, it was in the lock position. Window now works fine. Went to talk to manager, he was unconcerned that his tech did not notice position of switch, said they did what I asked.. very rude to me, not a hint of concern, So they either were very bad at diagnosing, or they wanted to earn $650. you be the judge.

Eric Greskoviak provided outstanding service to us when we purchased a 2020 pre-owned from the dealership. He went out of his way get us the best deal possible and was persistent in getting us the second key to the vehicle that the previous owner promised to return. Outstanding salesman and great dealership.

Dealer sold us a used honda with 35k miles on it. We got a notice from Honda about faulty AC and that Honda would replace and to take to Honda dealer. Dealer did not disclose that the car they sold us had aftermarket AC in it ( so AC went bad at 35k?) and this was a leased car. We were sold on the idea that the car was a leased car and that it had only been serviced by Honda so it was a great value. Then why does it have aftermarket AC? So basically we were lied to and now we are expected to pay 1800 to replace faulty AC that should’ve been covered by recall ( Honda not calling this a recall though so they can avoid lawsuits, calling it a warranty extension)Very rude staff and service manager very rude. Dealer won’t stand by their products. Avoid this dealer

Services cost WAY too much compared to any other mechanic (not to mention, they do not roll your diagnostic fees into any repair work...like most mechanics do). I wound up paying $250 for an oil change and to be told my 2008 Honda Civic, that was purchased 3 years ago for $3500, needs over $6000 of work. When brought to my normal mechanic for a second opinion, the amount for the work I NEEDED was under $1000 and I was told a lot of what Honda of Kenosha added to my work order was just to pad their numbers. I only made the reservation at Honda of Kenosha in the first place because it was a Sunday when I noticed I had an issue with my car and was able to make an appointment for the next day on Monday online.On a similar note, Joe Valente was quite possibly one of the WORST advisors I've ever worked with from any dealership; Condescending and rude throughout our entire interaction. He was not helpful when I had questions, just replied with a snarky quip or assured me that any previous maintenance that I've done to my vehicle was incorrect. I will never return to this dealership nor will I recommend anyone to go here.

Had a great experience buying a car from here on 9/2/23. We worked with Eric and the entire process was smooth buying the new 2023 accord sport hybrid. We agreed upon a price for the car over the phone before coming in and everything we discussed was honored when we got to the dealership - no surprises and no shady “salesman” tactics here. The team here are straight shooters and provide very fair pricing. I would highly recommend if you are in the market for a new car. Will be back to see Eric for the next car my family purchases.

It’s horrible and dishonest!! I saw online price for 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander ES for $26344. So, I did online inquiry on 9/2/23. Online sales Rep called me 9/4/23 if I wanted to see. I said If I can negotiate the price will come because about 40 minutes drive away. She said will negotiate in-house. I went right away. When I spoke with salesman, he printed out the list with price $267xx, and accessories charge over $3000 ( I didn’t get a chance to take a picture of their new price sheet- I guess they wouldn’t let me either), there is NO ADDITIONAL ACCESSORY in the car IN FACT MISSING accessories package. Sales manager ( not sure) said on prices changed, I pull online showed him, he said oh may take time to show different price. And then reduced accessories change to over $300( from over $3000). I offered online price $26344, manager said NO. I also, break is bad, and they would fix only if I pay their price. I have driven exact model and year couple days before even higher mileage than this one but breaks better. This car has only over 9000 miles. So, what kind of business is that. Stay away or check carefully for the price and charges.

I usually don’t like going to brand name dealerships because they usually up charge on everything and certain services can be expensive. But earlier today I came in for an oil change/inspection, and Kevin Zatz really made my day. He was very knowledgeable and super detailed about what him and his team saw + needed to be done with my car in the future. I also really appreciate getting me in and out as fast they did especially on a very busy afternoon rush. Will definitely be coming back here in the future and recommend this spot to anyone looking for a clean and professional place to get your car checked out!

We had a great car buying experience at Honda of Kenosha. They went above and beyond to get our used Honda Odyssey ready.Our salesman, Eric, impressed me with his communication and customer service. He kept us updated during the process, but I never pressured or rushed.I also had the pleasure of working with Mousa, Nate, and Adam at different steps in the process. All very experienced and knowledgeable.

I live in Colorado and my vehicle was recently totaled as a result of anothers actions. I found my desired replacement vehicle advertised by Honda of Kenosha on Autotrader.com. I explained the situation. They told me that I would have physically come in to purchase the vehicle and that they don't provide shipping services. I asked if they would hold the vehicle on a Wednesday that I would be able to come on a Saturday. I was told the Manager wouldn't hold it, they didn't even suggest a good-faith deposit. So the day before I was to travel to purchase the vehicle they sent me a message telling me that they sold the vehicle. Kudos to them they made their sale ~ the customer experience however is something to be desired. If you're buying from them get in as soon as possible.

We just went in to buy a used car. The salesman Rich was wonderful and knowledgeable. But the guy who does the numbers was a complete jerk at the end when we brought up a change in price in the vehicle. We heard him clearly say "is a couple dollar going to really change someone's life." Well in todays economy, anything helps.
