Day Auto has been terrific! I have had numerous situation where I needed my vehicle repaired quickly and they are very accommodating. I've always gotten honest estimates; they prioritize and make an effort to keep repair costs down and if necessary spread costs out a bit. They are willing to take the time to explain things also. Kind, professional, integrity, great customer service are a few of the words that describe our experience with Day auto repair. My 86 year old mother and I were heading to Manitowoc from Appleton. As we pulled into Brillion we heard a pop and our tire was flat. We used the emergency road service number provided by our insurance company. At least an hour and a half had past and no assistant had come. I called the Brillion Police Deptartment asking for a lead on someone to help us. With in 2 minutes an officer pulled up and gave Day Auto a call. From that point on our tire got changed . We drove to the Day garage and he made sure the spare was safe to drive on. Our experience with Day Auto was excellent! So grateful!!!! Also thank you to the Brillion Police Department.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Day auto for quite some time. The service has always been great. Not too long ago I brought my Nissan as it was acting up- John mentioned it would take a few days until it would be ready as he was behind on his work, I agreed and left my vehicle. When it was ready, he called, I paid and drove away with my vehicle. Not even a day went by when I noticed the SAME problem- I went back and he told me the same thing, it would be a while until he could look at it. I agreed and left my vehicle. I received a call and Amy informed me, John did change a part and it “seemed” better but the actual problem was yet to be fixed- (at this time my vehicle wasn’t going over 40MPH), Amy quoted me at $89 at first- it was Thursday and they would be closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I agreed for them to keep my vehicle and keep working on it on Monday. I informed my husband what was going on and he wanted me to pick it up and get a different opinion. I left a voicemail on Friday stating I would be picking up my vehicle and will call back on Monday for the invoice. I arrived and someone was there, I informed them I was taking it and they agreed. I turned on the ignition and set forth to a new auto mechanic, I noticed my vehicle wouldn’t go above 20MPH! When we arrived, my husband looked under the hood and noticed bolts and screws missing. Monday arrived, we went to pay and right away Amy mentioned you will see on the bill we gave you guys a big labor break and I’m thinking to myself well she had quoted me at around $89 what “break” is she talking about? I looked at the bill and its almost $300, I asked her to get John so he can explain this- he “explained” why we were being charged more, BUT before we left we mentioned to John and Amy how there were some expensive bolts and screws missing and my husband showed them a video where they were located- John said “ bring me a picture and I will show my guys, I don’t have time for this” and stormed out. We ended up paying and leaving completely in shock and unsatisfied.
