the Ariens Platinum Snow blower is horrible you cannot get to the spark plug to change or clean I would not advise purchasing it. Have used it two times and now it won't start!!!

Liars and thieves I ordered parts they took the money but canceled the order. They keep telling me they will refund me but has not done so yet. Do not do business with these crooks.

Great product Great customer service! This is the best made lawyer and snow blower I have ever purchased. Metal not plastic!
