I find all the staff at Fillback to be pleasant and accommodating. I only do repeat business with a dealership when I can trust their service department. I've purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership and at this point have no reason to look elsewhere

After having a VERY negative experience at my Ford dealership, I reached out to Filback in Boscobel for my next regular service. They assured me that their team would be complete and thorough with my vehicle. They even provided me with a video of the vehicle during service. We were on a road trip and stayed in Boscobel for the weekend. Truck wouldn't start at 4:51pm on Friday. The mechanic came over to look at the truck, 5 minutes before they closed, and arranged for the truck to be towed to their facility. Even though they normally only do oil changes on Saturdays, their mechanic found the problem and fixed it before they closed at noon. These guys are AWESOME!
