4th time in a row the new answering service screwed up when ordering a pizza. Last 3 times it was real late. This time order never went through. I am done with caseys pizza.

Every time i order food here its late, ive shown up 10 mins after i was told to pick up my order and seen the kitchen staff outside smoking and my orders not even started yet. Not only that the drinks are enever restocked and the stores a mess. All the employees are very rude and act annoyed anytime you enter.This store is by far the worst caseys location ive ever been to.

Why can’t the Casey’s in boscobel make the pizza right and be on time when they give you a time for pick up! Waited over a hour past the time it was suppose to be done.This happens every single time we order here very disappointing the way this location has/is being ran.

Ordered Pizza, stuffed crust. Cardboard tastes better than this pizza. The only redeeming feature was the cheese inside the crust. I had to throw away the rest of the pizza. I could cook and eat a tombstone pizza and it and the cardboard it came on would taste better.. Save your money, either buy elsewhere or make your own pizza.

Called to see if kitchen was still open for orders at 8:30 pm the guy said its an hour wait cuz they were slammed. Walk there to shop and they had no orders and was absolutely no customers there. So you lost business cuz your employees choose to lie just because they didn't wanna make cheese sticks. Someone should be in trouble for that.

We normally love the pizzas but the last year or so between mixed up with our order and the pizza being under Cooked And the quality and customer service has gone down a lot we tried ordering pizzas tonight with a coupon that we've had for over 2 decades and The staff was very rude over the phone, We were told they didn't know how to ring up our coupon and that we would have to pay full price for the pizzas.
