Love the people and service here and most of all I love knowing that I'm getting high quality produce and meat! I recently bought a med sized box of mixed beef. I absolutely love this beef here!!We normally eat only chicken or turkey for the past 20 some years. I never like the odd pieces of grissle or whatever it's been in beef from the store. Or the strings of connective tissue. Ewww Even more terrifying is the fact that most are pumped up with antibiotics.We have tried beef here and there thru the years but we'd ALWAYS get rot gut for a few days afterwards!I have to say the beef here is no where near what's sold in stores!! We are almost at the end of the box of beef and I've not found one gross gristle or string of connective tissue or being or arteries at all!The roasts are delicious and fork tender and just all of it is so much tastier than any beef I ever had in my life!I am now a regular customer here and am very satisfied and happy!

It was a surprise to find out that all the meat was vacuum packed. Though it was disappointing that the meat wasn't trimmed up. 2 pork chops and I cut off almost 6oz of fat between the two of them. Once that fat is trimmed off the chop was less than 2" wide and 4" long. Disappointed

A close friend took her steer there for butchering, I picked it up, cool place, great service, meat cut and packaged well. Marvin took care of me, they are just starting up but sure seem like they know what they are doing and the place is super clean. I will be stopping back to watch them grow.

Always my first destination when in Shawano. Seasonal organic Amish farm to my mother’s table!Idyllic pastoral location, friendly hard-working family- even selling their canned tomatoes, beans, etc if you are lucky to nab a jar before they’re sold out. Simply the best. 6 out of 5 stars
