They helped me get money returned to me from a bogus company that I stupidly gave my account # 2. I had tried 2 cancel my membership with no avail. The ladies at this bank sat down with me and called them, and did something right bcuz they stopped charging me and the money they had taken was refunded within 2 weeks (:
