We rented this place in January. When we arrived there was no trash bags in garbage cans. There was some salt on the floor, and mops, but no mop heads. Back by the chairs there was PILES of dirt and salt. The rules left just stated make sure you have everything swept up. So I assumed mopping was just something they did when we were done.When we left we had taken EVERYTHING down, had everything swept, rugs vacuumed, bathrooms cleaned, tables wiped, spilled messes cleaned up, counters, and sinks wiped out, and the trash was all taken out to the trash (which was also not clear what to do with the used trash) We didn't replace the trash bags cause I figured they maybe preferred it that way since there was no trash bags when we got there, I thought maybe it was easier to see what had been taken out. We also didn't mop. Cause there wasn't equipment, and no clear instructions...on both the trash and the mopping.On Monday I got a call stating they were refusing to give me my deposit back because I didn't mop, or put trash bags in, and then they blamed the piled up dirt, and salt by the chair stacks on me. The lady I talked to said to give the guy that's in charge of cleaning a call, cause she also thought that wasn't worthy of keeping a deposit for when I had to put trash bags in, and there was literally NOTHING saying to mop, and nothing to mop with. I called the guy multiple times. Never recieved a call back. Tried calling the city back multiple times, never recieved a call back. Also never recieved my deposit back. So if you're wanting to rent it, it's a nice place. But document EVERYTHING cause they be sketch, and will absolutely keep your deposit for no reason.✌️????
