Here’s the experience we had with them!!!!! PLEASE SHARE POST EVERYONE!!! Very ROTTEN ROTTEN PEOPLE!!!!!! Very bad experience at ( Speed bump auto body & towing , Black River Falls Wisconsin ) Steer clear of them friends! Took my 2017 Jeep to them with deer damage to the hole passenger-side repaired with new parts.. They seemed all nice and pretty reasonable at first. They told me drop it off on a Monday and I’d have it back that Friday well I didn’t , took them two weeks to fix it , got Vehicle back found out passenger side window would not roll down anymore and the back hatch did not shout correct anymore, called them they said they didn’t have anything to do with any of them issues must be Wiring. So ended up taking it to the dealer, dealer said no Wiring issues there was broken parts in the door & hatch had been taken off and not put on correctly! Later at the dealer they had asked me if door Panels were new, I told them yes , dealer said there no new parts on this vehicle , After looking it over really close You could see run marks , sand spots , Spots were paint rubber off , Door panels were not new they were taken off and pushed out & screwdriver used on the door to get them back on correctly & deer hair was still in the Jeep Symbol on side! Four Different body shops told me the same thing! Went back to Speed bump to talk to them and see if they would fix the problems, talked to ( Ross ) when I called him out on it he Started cussing and swearing 2 inches from my face calling me a liar and that everything was new, Was cussing and swearing so loud that his wife had to come and stand in front of him to calm him down, Then she told me I better leave he’s getting really upset! He couldn’t show me anything to prove that everything was new! What a huge disappointment!

I highly recommend SpeedBump! I was so stressed out about my car! I got referred to SpeedBump and the owners were AMAZING! They started working on my car the very next morning and at half the cost that we originally expected. My car runs like a kitten now! Purrrfect! Thanks Anita and Russell!!

Auto body work done to my car after a collision this winter and it has been a negative experience since the work was completed. Courteous and knowledgeable in the beginning but poor workmanship and Un-proffessional each visit after. I tried to have the repair corrected but each time corners were cut.
