The car buying experience at Gross Motors in Black River Falls was exceptional. Working with Jon Dunneisen was a total pleasure and we appreciated the “no pressure” tactics. As well, working with Eli Wortman on the finance and documents was a breeze and very organized. I had an awesome experience with Austin Calkins. He explained this vehicles operations and was very considerate in doing so to be sure I understood it all. I have gone back with questions and he is right there to assist. In the event I have further questions, I have no doubt he will be of assistance. In addition, I love this vehicle.

i have bought 2 vehicles from Steve Gundersen in the BRF Gross. the first one was not so good, but issues were fixed to my satisfaction. The second was purchased summer of 2023 and it has been an excellent vehicle for me. Thru my experience with Steve, I would recommend him. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gets to know his customers and tries to match them with what they want. I definitely recommend him.

Love when both dealerships workers and services department workers can be completely unprofessional and rude!
Bring your vehicle back when it's uncompleted, then Rocky wants to argue, interrupt and name call. Guess I should of never bought a vehicle from this company. Then you call today and ask what type of oil they have been putting in your car and Shaun wants to hang up on you. Getting SICK of this dealership
