“Excellent experience. We had a problem with the car wash not rinsing the soap off car. The nice man there helped us go through a second time. When this didn't work he asked us to put our car in another bay and he thoroughly rinsed our car by hand. Problems will always happen. How people handle it makes the difference to me. Customer service was above and beyond here!”
