Just emptied our unit. Have been there for a lot of years but moved to house with more space so didn't need extra storage space. Great to work with. Auto pay so you set it up and don't have to worry about paying on time.

I rented a storage locker from 2019-2023 years. Never had any issues. The facility was clean and it felt safe and secure.

Lucky to have found a climate controlled unit so close to our previous home. Our previous home sold so quickly we scrambled to get everything done. The storage unit was clean, free of bugs and climate controlled, just what we needed for storing all of our extra furniture till moving into our new home. Well lit, secure, clean, easy access, very professional owner who contacted and returned any calls or emails in a timely fashion. Was excellent to work with. Would definitely recommend using Black Earth Storage.

We rented two temperature-controlled units for almost 18 months to store our furniture and household goods while our house was being built. The buildings are very clean with no trace of bugs or vermin. Good security with lots of cameras. The temperature and humidity is perfectly controlled. All our items came out of storage exactly as they went in. No damage from being stored for that long. The prices are worth the drive out to Black Earth from Madison. Easy automatic payments and the owner responds very quickly to inquiries. Our deposit was returned in a timely manner. Would definitely rent storage here again.

We rented two climate controlled units from this company for one year. The owners were very responsive to our needs and watchful of their property. It is in a very secure part of Black Earth. The units are clean, well ventilated and there was no sign of pests on the property. They were a pleasure to work with.
