If I could give this place 10 stars I would. We've taken our pets here for the last 5 years, and each and every time we have been there whether just to get our anxious dog's nails trimmed, to our wellness exams, to end-of-life pet care, the staff have been nothing but knowledgable, compassionate, and understanding. Their prices are so reasonable and the services they provide are outstanding. We have utilized their services several times over the past year for urgent/emergent visits with several of our animals and they have been able to get us in with short notice. When we call and have a question regarding our pet's health, it is not uncommon for Dr. Wendy to call us well after the clinic has closed for the day and take the time to talk us through what is going on and our next steps. It is apparent that she and the staff care immensely about their patients and go above and beyond. Recently, after a myriad of health issues, we had to make the decision to put our beloved senior cat to sleep. Throughout the process, each of the staff members were so understanding, thoughtful, and thorough in their assessments of the problems my cat had and how we could help him. They made our boy's transition over the rainbow bridge that much easier, and made sure to consider his comfort and quality of life in his remaining days. Their support and compassion made an excruciatingly painful decision a little easier to bear, and for that we are forever grateful. This clinic provides an invaluable service to the area. We have recommended them to countless people already for compassionate and reasonably priced vet care. I truly cannot recommend them enough. I would not recommend going to this vet as they made it more than clear that our visit wasn’t important. We waited 30 minutes past our scheduled time and no one batted an eye. No call, no follow up. So glad I walked out. Sticking with my vet in point even if it is a hour drive. What a joke.

We've been going to Dr Becky and Dr Wendy for years, I started going here back when I moved to Eland in the 90's we now drive from Neillsville here. They take care of our entire gang!
