It is unfortunate that what is advertised on their website is not accurate. When a mistake is made, they expect the customer to pay for it instead of taking financal accountability. Cancelled my order becasue I choose to spend money with companies that care about their customers rather than strictly profits.

Maple Avenue Apparel has great customer service, excellent quality, especially on their embroidery of logos added to shirts, hats, and sweatshirts, and the turnaround time for delivery of our orders has been great, also. Valerie is always making sure everything is satisfactory and checks to see if we need anything. Karen helps to process our orders in a very timely manner. The entire staff we work with is great. DeLuca and Hartman has been using Maple Avenue for many years for our apparel needs. The most important part of doing business to us, is the customer service, and that is 5 star from the moment you inquire about a product. I typically deal with Val, and she is always quick to offer a sample for me to try before committing to purchase. This is very ideal, especially when we purchase a large quantity of apparel every changing season. We would definitely recommend Maple Avenue!

On a sunny summer afternoon, I stopped at Maple Avenue to ask a few questions about having logo t-shirts printed. The receptionist answered a few questions and then connected me with a sales representative who guided me through design, style, and ordering questions/solutions.In short order, with staff artist assistance, my design was finalized, style choices selected, and an online store was in place. Maple Avenue handled all financial transactions and shipping for the orders. Have worked with Maple Ave on several projects of shirts, blankets and more, including an online store and they have been extremely reliable, flexible and responsive. Their pricing is good and they give you reasonable deadlines. Jen and Val have both been great to work with!
