Jenny from the Berlin office has been very helpful to my family and I in are last few visits. She set my son up with his first phone was able to complete most of the preliminary work prior to my arrival. She made things easy for me to understand and always carried a smile. She also took time to help me with my Gmail issues which impressive as it took time from her normal duties as my request was out of the normal. Thanks Jenny and company for going the extra mile and going above and beyond with your services.

Went to get my hubby a new phone and Alex and Jenny went above and beyond helping him switch from prepaid to a new plan to get him a better phone. They made sure he knew how it all worked before we left! So patient!

Jenny went way above and beyond for me and my family, she came back to work to accommodate my work schedule and she had everything she could have ready by the time we came in! She was very knowledgeable in what she was doing and had no surprise upcharging, just straight and to the point, unlike the other store I was working with! I was in the Berlin Store yesterday with a friend of mine who wanted to look into a new cellphone, with NO IDEA what she wanted.Mary Jo was the employee who worked with us. She explained the different phones available, detailing the different features. She answered EVERY QUESTION {WE HAD MANY!} and left happy with our purchase.Nancy {my friend who bought the new phone} was a bit confused today, so we went back to the store. Mary Jo was there and she answered EVERY QUESTION Nancy had. Mary Jo was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and very patient with us.Please don't let her move on to another career---SHE IS A KEEPER!Sincerely,Dennis Klak

This review is a balance of 5 stars for customer support, and 1 star for products.We got a 5G wireless router for our home in February 2022. We were told OH YES Your home is in the 5G area. You'll have no problem. The first few months were good. Then after that, we couldn't get internet nearly at all. We aren't putting multiple devices on it, we aren't running huge programs. Just loading internet pages is nearly impossible.I asked the store manager about it and she said, "Oh you're in a tough spot, directly between two towers so your service might try to jump between towers and slow down."Now we have a 5G router box that we had to pay $500 for, and we can't even get basic internet service. WHAT A WASTE.Jenny, the store clerk, was helpful but the product that US cellular sells, and the service are completely awful.
