Just like the others, we are still waiting for our tax refund with the exact same scenario. Had a computer glitch, then had to get a whole new computer system. It’s now almost August….. what a nightmare. Do not go here. Very rude man.

We are looking for a new tax preparer and were going to use Munsch. After hearing and now reading about this fiasco, we will go somewhere else.

I have brought my families taxes here for a few years now. The team is efficient, and helped us to get all of the refunds we had coming. Coming back for 2023. Thankful.
