Unfortunately they didn't have several things we needed (dish soap, etc) they didn't have several things I can get in my smaller community QT.
You had the ice though. 4 stars for pointing us elsewhere for what we needed.

Once again a special product was promoted by Kwik Trip & store #777 in berlin wi had zero on the shelf. It's bad enough that this local store in a community of 5k is typically setting the bar for high gas prices within 20miles, but the ability to keep product adequately stocked is a continuous problem.

I dont typically stop in for much, besides gas and occasionally their gas pumps are out of printer paper. Friendly staff when I do interact with them. My kids and husband love their bone in chicken, and we like their bakery goods. Donuts and muffins are perfect !

What can I say Kwik Trip has it all!! Whether you need gas, a quick bite, or groceries, you can usually find what you need. The staff at this Kwik Trip are always so friendly and helpful! The experience, combined with the coupons and app, makes this a frequent stop for us. The flower bouquets are surprisingly durable and inexpensive!!

It would appear they are continuing to have problems keeping stuff stocked and ready for customers. When I came to Google to leave my review, I was not necessarily expecting to find so many other people that have been having the same problems over such a long time span. They may want to reevaluate their management and the effectiveness of that management.

If you’re looking for hot n ready food, this isn’t the place for you. The selection of hot food is almost non existent 9 times out of 10.McDonalds across the road is closed also, you’re better off going to Ripon.

Everything was fine until some employee decided to call the cops. I was inside at 1230am its 3am now. The cops made me move. All day I have watched people park and go inside abd employees now 3am o'clock I have to move? It makes you want to go inside and punch someone.

I went into the berlin Wisconsin location this morning for coffee all dispensers were empty. I told a worker about it and she filled them. Was told my coffee is free because of having to wait. I fill my cup and go to put creamer in and they are not even assembled. So now I had to purchase creamer and was charged for the coffee too. Will not be going back.

Normally I enjoy this store quite a bit, as I am a frequent costumer. I enjoy the freshly made goods, and meals. However I recently had a run in with store manager Eric Anderson, whom was quite rude. He informed me that customers are not allowed to use the stores outlets even if they a paying customer. He then asked me to leave. I had just purchased items for three people, I found this to be rude and I will no longer be stoping here.
