Serious snaps to Bonnie S. at the Berlin branch of H&R Block. After a different Berlin WI tax service supposedly filed my tax returns but actually never did, Bonnie came to the rescue with an immediate appointment and filing. I typically support independent businesses, but am now a diehard H&R Block fan. Thank you, Bonnie.

Bonnie was amazing. We had an awful experience with another local tax preparer. Our taxes were never submitted even though that tax preparer said they had been. We recieved a confirmation from the IRS almost immediately that our taxes were recieved after Bonnie electronically filed today. Thank you everyone at H and R for opening your doors for us. Great customer service.

This place is a RIP off me and my wife was there to do just homestead and they said they had to do feds to and they tried to charge us 250 dollars for it then we gave them a 30 coupon that they sent us in the mail then they said we've applied it to your bill then it went down to 190 OK after all that it came to 55 dollars but yet I called 3 different location and they told me that I was getting riped off and to go to another location Just doing homestead it do not cost that much please if u go there ask before they do not a good place
