I took my cat there to be put down because he was being naughty and peeing/spraying everywhere. When I got there they took the time to tell me what it could be and that it could be medical. They saw how upset I was I was crying uncontrollably because I love my cat but he destroyed too many things. I tried every stupid spray on the market to for the smell and none worked. They tested my cat right there even though that wasn't what my appt was for and told me it was crystals in his bladder. They asked what food and treats we were using and they said those are known for this try Science diet food, wet food, and treats. They also gave me awesome spray which seems to be working and smells good. They gave me antibiotics and cranberry powder to help and said if it doesn't work then it's behavioral and they can help with that. I'm grateful they explained things to us and helped because I couldn't imagine my life without my beautiful cat. They are my vet clinic from now on. Caring and smart love them. Thanks for saving my babies life. ?

Kristie has been our vet for over 30 years. She's the kind of vet one can only dream of having their fur babies. From puppy to end of life they have shown care and understanding. When I had to make the decision nobody wants to make they were so kind and didn't rush me out the door and talked with me until I was smiling. Now I got my puppy a few months back and can't imagine taking her any where but here. All my puppers have loved seeing her like they've been friends for life.

This place has gone down hill so bad! I LOVED this vet, recommended it to everyone I knew. Now don't take this wrong the vet herself is great! But the office girls have no clue what they are doing. Getting rid of Jennifer was the worst thing they could do. When Jen worked there you got phone call reminders and updates as to what to do the day BEFORE surgery. Now you get a txt telling you that you missed it, even after you called 3 times the day before to ask questions! But that's your fault because you didn't leave a message! People that use to work there before actually cared and would check on your pet. Now they are just RUDE! STAY AWAY!!!

Stay away!! This post saddens me to write considering how much I LOVED this vet.... Since Jen has been let go and these 2 others are working in the office this buisness is going to down hill. Oh and don't schedule anything in advance because you won't find out about it until it's missed and you can even call them multiple times to ask questions but because you didn't leave a message your SOL.

I’ve had other pets dr here, so took my pet here.. On 2/7/22 tried several times to contact about my family pet having issues breathing. Finally when spoke to someone they didn’t have time for us. That same evening ended up in the Pet ER in Appleton for my pets breathing, finally once again tried to reach out to get pet in for this issue seeing ER said to follow up if continued so did that —could only see us on 2/14/22 I also had to request a longer appointment myself when I told them blood work etc will be needed. It was an inconvenience for the gal that took my call. Unfortunately we lost our beloved family pet on 2/9/22 for complications with his breathing. Do not recommend going here.

After I brought my own cats here, I was satisfied enough to recommend the facilities to my very finicky family. A mistake I am still hounded for almost a year later. My father attempted to set a check up appointment for his older pomeranian, they have 3 of various ages. The eldest, at the time was about 20, we see an average of 24-26 years in our pomeranias and always have unless they have conditions like heart murmurs. While he cant hear very well anymore, our old boy has a very happy, active, and peaceful life on my family farm in the countryside. However, when his age was brought up over the phone schedulement, the receptionist answered with "Shouldn't you be scheduling euthanization, instead of a checkup."
