They took extra $20 off my card Which is Theft! Deprived me of my $ . This was my plasma $ . Gas $ and food. Now I cant get groceries, have to wait to get my money back. This place should be boarded up and that nasty employee should never be able to work EVER AGAIN! And nasty clerk had a funky attitude when trying to look it up. Horrible experience. Bad place to go!

I have now for the second time have had a problem with not being able to return something. The first instance, I had bought some salt and after paying realized they were out of the type that I purchased. The cashier informed me that she was not able to perform a return and that I had to return every morning until I could find the manager to help me with the return. I couldn't find the manager on my own and months later after I lost the receipt I saw they had the salt I had purchased back in stock. I went in and the same cashier who was unable to refund me my money was there. She remembered me and my situation so I told her I would grab my bag of salt and to be on my way. Although she clearly remembered the situation since I didn't have my receipt she wouldn't allow me to take the salt. She scolded me and told me "you had all this time to get it taken care of and without a receipt there's nothing we can do and that's your fault". I finally did get in touch with the manager and was able to grab my purchased bag. Fast forward, I just went back to this location today. I purchased a nicotine product and after I paid realized she had placed the wrong product on the counter. They were out of the type that I wanted so I requested a return. I was then met with the same excuse that she can't perform returns and that I would have to track down the manager the next morning. It's not worth my trouble or time especially when there are other places in town I can go and don't get sent on a wild goose chase. Ultimately maybe she's not being lazy and she doesn't have the ability to make returns. Mistakes happen, I understand that. But as an employee and a cashier you don't say SOL to your customers, you call your manager, you find a solution. On a side note I've been playing a game with this woman for weeks. When she requests ID for tobacco and alcohol products, I'll politely hand her my identification but no matter how close you put your hand to hers in anticipation of her handing it back to you, she'll chuck it to the edge of the counter for you to go fetch along with any merchandise she's checked out. I've had things I've bought and my ID fall on the floor from her careless toss. So every time I go in there I put my hand a little bit closer to hers in the most obvious way so she can hand me my ID back. She'll dodge your hand! At least I can get a laugh out of that.

Had an emergency stop for gas. Didn’t have my wallet on me so I had someone call my card number in. They refused to take it…. Even though they will only run a payment before pumping.I get that ID theft exists… but really… they didn’t even look at the card or name when someone finally ran it over to me.Just disinterested in helping.

Pump #2 is extremely slow and has been for a while now. If you don't mind waiting half an hour to fill your tank you'll be just fine.

Lady was rude canceled my transaction once had to redo it and then cancel in the middle while I was waiting for the bathroom so not recommend this bp at all!!! Use Kwik trip much better in Berlin
