Sitting in parking lot right now. About to leave and go to Janesville location. Representative here was horrible. Don't waste your time at this location. Lack of knowledge and people skills.

The employees and service are exceptional. Even when they're busy they check in with those waiting. They're very polite, knowledgeable and their team work is impressive. I did not get everyone's names. I only got Jessica's I think it was but I interacted with all of the employees there at least once and they're all very friendly. I was there Saturday 12/31 around 1. Please thank these fantastic employees!!!

Jacky Aceves was wonderful. She was very polite and was concerned about finding me the right phone. She was helpful with setting everything up and even gave me her number in case I had questions.

I had an exceptional experience with agent Ben Thibodaux. I had a feeling my phone was being hacked. Ben found the hack and cleaned it. The guy is a genius.

I came in to buy a new phone, and unfortunately the customer service person who set up my phone was very disrespectful. I'm usually not one to complain, but the person whom i worked with, Eric Parks, had an earbud in the whole time as well as was scrolling on their phone on and off while typing or setting up my phone. It made the process much longer than it should've been, and i left a bit thrown off. I've never had an issue with US cellular before, and I'm sure it's just a one time thing, but i will prefer to stick to the Janesville US cellulars from now on. Thank you for reading my review

Sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes without being acknowledged. Customers being helped forgot a form of I.D. At home. We were told to wait for those people to return before we could be helped. 30 minutes later they finally returned. One employee was dragging out conversation with the customer he was working on. Talked about everything from sports, to military, to ice boats, to Miley Cyrus’ party in the usa song. As of now still waiting about an hour and 15 minutes later.
