Previous homeowners used spectrum and cancelled their service 3-4 years ago. Somehow Im STILL getting reps at my door trying to get the previous homeowners to get spectrum back even after Ive removed this . When the rep finds out they no longer live here they try selling their crap service to me. This turns into an ordeal of bickering with some idiot who tries to tell me that internet through a coaxial cable is better than my fiber line. What an absolute joke.
Even if I try to explain to them that I used spectrum before and it was nothing but outages, throttling and constant price hikes it gets nowhere. The rep may or may not cut you off mid sentence and immediately dismiss everything youve said, I find they do more often than not.
All in all, Im sick to death of this garbage company, their trash service and their worthless employees.

Wow when I went up to the counter to return product. The girl stopped our interaction to talk to another team member about some bag of donuts that was found on her? Then went on to say that’s why she hates working here. Then ok maybe it’s their policy but she made me open the box and take out the equipment. Then when I asked if she could dispose of the Spectrum box she said no that I’d have to go around back to where the dumpsters are…No room in there. What a joke. Customer service really sucks these days, not even trying to be professional

Just trying to get a service person to come and move connection, my God it's like giving up your first born, asking for my SS # over the phone won't happen, can't speak to someone you can understand, already paying our of the hind end for it. We've had it with spectrum

This place deals with people and all kinds of problems.I was there and noticed the employees were friendly,helpful.and good at their job. I had a good experience when I went to get a Mobil phone.

Super expensive!! We are seniors and only have basic cable and internet. Price keeps climbing up! Can Not afford expensive Spectrum charges! I called Spectrum and representative would not work with me! We have been long time customers! We have no choice but to shop for a new provider!

If I could give zero stars I would. Worse cable and internet company ever. They raise prices with no explanation, they are constantly out and no discount, lagging internet. Dropping them, Stay clear. They will not work with anyone even when it's on their end. They tack on charges also other companies don't have and blame it on the state.

I’ve been paying for a land-line forever/decided today to stop that-no waiting-spoke to a Spectrum rep, Abbey here in Beloit who was very polite and knowledgeable-eager to help me out…also gave me a loyalty discount for 1 yr…everything together will save me almost $600 a year…very nice…well done and THANKS!
