Super expensive!! We are seniors and only have basic cable and internet. Price keeps climbing up! Can Not afford expensive Spectrum charges! I called Spectrum and representative would not work with me! We have been long time customers! We have no choice but to shop for a new provider!

If I could give zero stars I would. Worse cable and internet company ever. They raise prices with no explanation, they are constantly out and no discount, lagging internet. Dropping them, Stay clear. They will not work with anyone even when it's on their end. They tack on charges also other companies don't have and blame it on the state.

I’ve been paying for a land-line forever/decided today to stop that-no waiting-spoke to a Spectrum rep, Abbey here in Beloit who was very polite and knowledgeable-eager to help me out…also gave me a loyalty discount for 1 yr…everything together will save me almost $600 a year…very nice…well done and THANKS!

I went in to shut off my service after the holiday weekend and being told how I could be saved and deals to not cancel by every rep on the phone and in store. I'm going through another company at half the cost and same exact speeds.
A few things in highly disappointed in, only had the service for a month. 6 times Internet went off. Red light on the box. Multiple resets to fix. Just terrible quality of service in my experience unfortunately.
The second thing is I was told my service billing date was on the 14th of every month. So I cut off service before my due date. I guess my due date is the second of each month. So I didn't use service at all, was 5 days late on service and they want the entire month paid for in full or they send it to collections.
Terrible terrible customer service, terrible company. Id recommend anyone but spectrum!

Unique. You walk in and scan a qr code. They send you a text and you wait until till your phone chimes, when it's your turn.
