Employees are LAZY and RUDE in receiving. I delivered on last Friday around noon and the rude lady in receiving said that it wouldn't be til NEXT Wednesday before it was empty, the trailer in the door, and that WASNT the one I had brought to them. They had 2 other FULL trailers of ours that were there BEFORE I dropped my trailer. They cost me miles and money. BOYCOTT SERTA ???

They loaded me from 5:15 @m to 7:45 @m, they are open from 5 am to 12pm. They work only early in the morning

Bought a Serta from Monroe Furniture....they delivered on a Friday, I called right away Saturday morning my New King size mattress was sinking right to the middle..... am getting a new one and has taken way to long to get it. This is over a month of waking up with a sore back. Serta is not on the ball with orders. Very unhappy and cost me a pretty penny.
