“Appt for 5am, arrived at 4:15 am I guess they was using only one particular dock at the time I had to wait for another driver to pull out of a dock even though other docks were not being occupied but I got in the dock at 5:20am unloaded by 6:20am got paperwork and got out of there no overnight parking even though one driver was there and he was in my way to back into my particular dock”
