Not a lot of hair to choose from. I bought a $100 wig and it tangled in two days. When I washed it it tangled to the point I had to throw it away. I only come to the place now for hair products and they really don’t have good hair products either. I have to travel all the way to city center in Rockford to get good quality hair and wigs for a very good price.

Like anywhere you go prices are inflated but why is the cost for products more than what Amazon or other retailers are? Since this is the only beauty supply store in town you can purchase last minute items. However if you wanted to save money and find better quality products online ordering is the better option.

I love it shares a variety of things especially earrings bracelets necklaces and accessories and some cheap hair products but other than that what can you complain about she's pretty much the only one there in town

The lady was rude . Most of the hair is overpriced. She suggested a 2 for color and it was wrong .. I pulled it out of the pack and took it right back . She gave me a hard time about the refund and I had the hair for a total of five minutes .

great variety of hair supplies ! it’s also very cheap so i’m surprised to see the reviews about the prices. i went in there and bought packs of perm rods, hair clips, bonnets, and more and only left paying 25 dollars. aside from the wonderful hair supplies there’s really pretty jewelry! i’m definitely going back for more bracelets often. love this store for accessories

The Asian lady who runs this store was incredibly rude. I won't be going back here ever again. Avoid this place at all costs if possible. Service was not good at all. Shops messy, price of products are high, and customer service is very poor. To keep customers going back, please be organized, clean, and polite. You get the respect you give. Some people come from different parts of town to visit, and a bad experience is the worse thing you can give a customer. Word of mouth spreads quicker than any money you can make. Its a good location, but it's really unfortunate her customer service is terrible!! Support a small business that actually deserves it, not someone who cracks attitude and takes your money. We all work hard and deserve equal amounts of respect!!
